In case you wonder who, I am talking about, it is Israel. I believe they are one of, if not our only, friend in the Middle East. America has historically stood with Israel, but both Obama and Biden have demonstrated a propensity to side with the other side. The Biden team gives lip service to supporting Israel, but their actions indicate that it might be only lip service.
Does the Biden administration, which is a microcosm of the Obama ideology and agenda, desire that Hamas win this conflict? I ask that in light of the reality that Biden and Tony Blinken, Secretary of State, have taken steps to prevent Israel from eliminating the existential threat of Hamas. They are attempting to hamstring Israel and keep them on a very short leash. In my view, which is not in Israel’s best interest, nor that of the world.
They seem to talk out of both sides of their mouths in this and most situations. Blinken had a press conference in which he insisted that Hamas could not retain control of the Gaza Strip. That sounded good, but he continued by prescribing untenable limits on what Israel could do militarily. If Israel followed his limitations, Hamas would remain in control of the Gaza Strip and continue to conduct acts of terrorism.
Nobody, hopefully, wants to see civilians killed in the conflict. However, when Hamas uses civilians as human shields, that eventuality is almost unavoidable. Israel has shown restraint in the past and continues to do so, but they must protect themselves. Unfortunately, there is collateral damage in war. That is not a justification or a dismissing of the seriousness of the situation but a reality of war.
Israel is in somewhat of a catch-22 situation, where they are highly dependent on the United States for weapons of war. It must defend itself even at the risk of angering this administration. Israel does not want a long, drawn-out war like those we have conducted in the past few years. The cost monetarily and in human lives is too great.
When the Biden team, attempting to appease the Muslim world, apologizes for questioning the exaggerated Hamas casualty figures, it is revealing of their genuine desire. Biden, as did Obama, has a personal disdain for Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. Since the October 7th attack, this administration has stepped up its push to convince Israeli politicians to dump Netanyahu. That has failed and hopefully will continue to fail.
Let us evaluate the situation using some statistical data regarding the Hamas attack and the Gaza Strip. A new poll from AWRAD, Arab World Research and Development, revealed that 75% of the Palestinians support the attack. Only 12.7% opposed it. That is disturbing.
A tweet by Consul General Idit Shamir speaks loudly to the blindness of the UN and the Biden Administration. He said, “Women were raped by them (Hamas). Women were murdered by them. Women were kidnapped by them. Women were burned alive by them. Yet the @UN_Women organization has remained silent. Why? Because they (the women) were Israelis.”
He continued, “They didn’t mention the Jewish babies, girls, and women massacred, raped, mutilated, shot, stabbed, burned alive, and held hostage by Hamas in Gaza. This is an organization that is supposed to uphold women’s human rights around the world. Despite this, they chose to IGNORE the brutal crimes against humanity committed by Hamas against Jewish women and girls in Israel. Your silence and criminal neglect of babies, women, and girls will not be erased from history.”
There were babies being beheaded, mothers and children tied up and burned alive, safe rooms set on fire, and baking babies in ovens. That is beyond horrific; it is demonic! What we saw was the dancing in the streets and celebrations in Gaza and around the world by Hamas supporters. They celebrated the horrendous atrocities!
According to the poll, the dancers and celebrators are in the majority in Palestine. The supposedly “moderate” West Bank was even worse than in Gaza. The support of mass murder is impossible to comprehend. The poll revealed that virtually everyone in Gaza and the West Bank supports the terrorist and terrorism. The hate for Israel is so deeply rooted in the culture that Israel has little choice but to eradicate the root.
Elder of Ziyon declared, “As I’ve been emphasizing, the obstacle to peace isn’t Israel. It is Palestinian Jew-hatred, hatred that predates the “occupation” and “siege” and “Nakba.” Unless there is a new Palestinian leadership and a generation of Palestinians who grow up learning about coexistence and tolerance, there is no chance for peace.”
When hate prevails, peace is impossible! Hate is irrational, and its intolerance is impossible to defend. I have contended for almost all my adult life and Christian life that Love is the only antidote for Hate. Unless the Love of God fills the human heart, hate will continue to have a fertile seedbed from which to produce its ugly fruit of destruction.
In America, we have embarked on a journey to redefine everything logical, reasonable, biblical, moral, and sane. The cancel culture and political correctness have gone off the rails and are destroying our foundational pillars required to maintain our Republic as the Free Constitutional System needed.
Today, the Leftists and purveyors of this brand of illogical ideology insist that words like man or woman are to be banished. They believe that men and women are interchangeable entities with no differences. Obviously, they failed Biology and Psychology. Most men are physically stronger than most women, making the idea that a transgender male should be allowed to compete with biological females beyond ridiculous.
The followers of that toxic brand of liberalism and progressivism have been somewhat successful in polluting the minds of our young people that marriage and family are antiquated ideals for many. They seek to force us to live in a vacuum, which is impossible for human beings. We are being transformed fundamentally into a society that is self-destructive and removing absolutes from the ideology of multitudes. That opens the door for hate in the name of tolerance to prevail. When that happens, society is doomed.
Hamas and Israel are prime examples of how destructive Hate is, especially when it is generational hatred. If we have any hope in this world and America, we MUST return to God’s biblical and moral principles and reintroduce love, respect, and true tolerance. The definition of tolerance being promoted today is anything but tolerance. It is biased bigotry and hate that seeks to destroy anything not in harmony with its views. No society can survive that condition for long.
God bless you, and God bless America!
