I am not talking about Fats Domino’s song “I’m Walkin’” or any songs with the theme of a welling running dry; I am talking about the United States of America as the Free Constitutional Republic. There is only so much water in the Well of Liberty, and if it keeps being siphoned off and reclassified and redistributed to everyone but Americans, the well will run dry.
America was established to be a government for of and by the people. It was designed to be a Republic governed by the consent of those governed. That we no longer reflect that system of government is, in a great measure, our fault. We allowed the infringement of our inalienable rights. We allowed the usurpation of our Constitution. We allowed the politicians to become overlords rather than amenable to us, the citizens. We allowed a monster to be created; slaying that giant will be no small undertaking.
One of the many tactics to gain total control of our lives and livelihood is global warming, climate change, climate disruption, or whatever they are calling it these days. The incredible paranoia and fear engendered by the superfluous diatribe and rhetoric are destructive in numerous ways. One is the complete loss of hope among the gullible youth who believe the hype and see no hope for the future. That has driven some of them to suicide. That is tragic but deemed by the advocates of this agenda as acceptable collateral damage. It is not!
The cost economically is astronomical, and we are not being told that solving the problem by 2030 will cost $50 Trillion. However, they cannot tell us exactly how they will make that happen, but they need the money, so we should comply; otherwise, we will die due to climate disruption. Man will cease to exist, and the planet will be unlivable. The propagation of fear is driving people into a state of depression where they are unproductive in any sector of life. The sky is falling, and they have resigned themselves to experiencing doomsday!
The cost socially is reflected in the complete disruption of relationships, including families and friendships. If you disagree with the rhetoric and do not bow at the altar of Climate Change, you are deemed unworthy of any civility or even the air required to sustain life. I have people who will no longer speak to me because, to them, I am a member of the flat earth and entirely out of touch with reality. The planet’s climate is more important than the people on the planet. They disregard valid scientific data and reject all biblical references to the earth’s sustainability.
The cost politically is experienced in continually eroding our rights, liberties, and freedoms. We have effectively created an oligarchy of elitists and globalists incrementally gaining power. The more power they gain, the more we lose. The more they are able to demand behavior modification and dictate what we drive, wear, eat, housing, etc., the more we are being dominated by totalitarianism.
There are two versions or presentations of reality in this matter. There is the right (true) and the wrong (false). The theories regarding carbon emissions and the hype that we will all die unless we end carbon emissions are flawed. If we were to eliminate all carbon dioxide, we would die. The hype over greenhouse gases is based on fallacious and manipulated data slanted to further the agenda. The agenda’s core desire is not controlling the climate but controlling the masses of people.
I will not attempt to explain the fallacies involved but declare that I believe God created the heavens and the earth. That means God created climate! One of the promises of God found in Genesis 8:22 reveals His control. Ecclesiastes 1:4 declares, “Generations come, and generations go, but the earth remains forever.” We know from the Book of Revelation and other passages that there will be a global catastrophic occurrence that has nothing to do with climate change. That being said, God is still God, and He was wise enough and knowledgeable enough to know what technology we would have. I will not fear!
Another reality is that issuing a government fiat will not automatically make green energy viable or affordable. It will not make electric vehicles viable or practical as the primary mode of transportation. The costs involved and the need for fossil fuels to produce the equipment needed to manufacture the wind and solar plants or the modes of transportation reveal the need for all our energy sources. Just throwing money at something does not make it valid; it makes it expensive. We must remember that with every government handout, there is a measure of government control demanded. That again brings us to the core objective – Control, not of the climate but of the people.
In April of 2023, we encountered the misnamed “Inflation Reduction Act.” It was advanced in a time of runaway inflation. It followed the Alinsky modus Operandi of never allowing a crisis to go to waste. Politicians attempted to give the American people a magic pill to cure our economic ills. Multitudes were duped and bought it lock stock and barrel or hook, line, and sinker.
I was appalled when Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen admitted the core purpose of the Inflation Reduction Act. Did anyone hear what was said? It did not seem so because we have continued to allow the politicians to do what they do best – break what is not broken and repair nothing. She said, “The Inflation Reduction Act is, at its core, about turning the climate crisis into an economic opportunity.” But for whom?
The spending bill was so massive that no politician and virtually no citizen read it or will read it in its entirety. Even if we did, we would need a gaggle of lawyers and constitutional experts to decipher what was beneath the surface properly. It was a feel-good action used to placate the fears of economic collapse by millions of Americans and worldlings.
Politicians have learned that they can insert anything they desire in their spending bills, thereby manipulating people and driving their agenda unimpeded. It is always promoted in a manner that causes politicians to fear voting no because that would seem they did not care about the crunch the citizens or voters are feeling.
This Act seized the opportunity to advance their New Green Deal and thereby line the coffers and bank accounts of the elitists and advocates while stripping the citizens of our liberties. They have become astute at the sleight of hand and the gradual fundamental transformation of our Republic.
One day the well of money will run dry. They can only tax to a certain limit before we can no longer tolerate it and survive. When they cross that demarcation line, we will either revolt or become literal slaves of the federal government and subsist on whatever they deem needed. We will watch euthanasia become practiced as a necessary action, and America will die as the Free Constitutional Republic.
Those are only a few dangers I see, and I believe it is time and necessary that we return to our moral moorings, biblical roots, and constitutional foundations. We cannot survive this without God’s help and are not likely to have His divine intervention without returning to our roots and Him. The choice is ours; what will we decide?
God bless you, and God bless America!
