I am serious and my question is based on a few incidents of the total disregard for the facts and intentionally giving cover to those who have broken the law based on political bias.  The FBI, during the 2016 Presidential Campaign and beyond has been guilty of numerous violations of basic law enforcement and constitutional guidelines.  They ignored some glaring criminal acts by those of their political ideology and turned over every rock trying to find something on those who were not.  That makes me ask the question, “What good are investigations?” 

If the investigations of Congress, the IG, the DOJ, the FBI or any other law enforcement or intelligence agency reflect such bias then, in my view, the investigations are worthless.  No, they are beyond worthless they are detrimental to our judicial and political system in America.  If the courts truly followed the rule of law virtually every case, they present would likely be thrown out.  Law enforcement is supposed to be seekers of truth and fact.  They are supposed to take an incident and examine the evidence to see if there was a crime and then discover who perpetrated that crime.  Today, too frequently, they are taking a person and trying to find a crime.  That is a destructive perversion of justice and other than the principles upon which our country was founded.

In the IGs report on Peter Strzok and Lisa Page’s email exchanges of anti-Trump texts stated, “we did not find documentary or testimonial evidence of improper considerations, including political bias, directly affected the specific investigation actions we reviewed.”  Case closed, right?  The IG went on to say, “several FBI employees who played critical roles in the investigation sent political messages.”  If there was no political bias or improper considerations or actions, please explain a couple of their texts.

Lisa Page sent Peter Strzok a text which read, “(Trump’s) not ever going to become president, right? Right?!”  Peter Strzok responded, “No. No, he’s not.  We’ll stop it.”  How could anyone deem that exchange was not laced with political bias and suggesting improper actions and intent to affect the investigation? 

The IG’s report last year revealed so many incidents of abuses of protocol and even violations of federal guidelines by then director James Comey and his subordinates Trump had no choice but to fire him.  However, the claim of the Left and the intent of Comey’s close friend Robert Mueller is to find something that could be claimed to be an attempt to obstruct justice by the President.  The report revealed that Comey was insubordinate and ran an agency that manipulated and contorted evidence and information. 

In his investigation of Hillary Clinton and her private server as well as the violations of federal statutes in sending and receiving classified documents via that unsecured server, he became both investigator and judge.  That is not his job and destroys the purpose of his investigation.  Cops are to investigate and amass evidence and then present that to the prosecutors who present the evidence before a judge and often a jury where the trial determines guilt or innocence and the appropriate punishment.  Cops are never to overstep their duty and become both investigator and judge.  That is what Comey and his team did with Hillary. 

The FBI’s responsibility was to investigate and determine if they believed there was sufficient evidence that official business was conducted on the private server.  His responsibility was not to determine her intent, but did she conduct official state business via that server in violation of federal statutes.  That information or evidence was then to be presented to the Department of Justice and their attorneys would determine if sufficient evidence existed to indict. 

James Comey used the FBI to determine that she did not intend to break the law.  I have little doubt that had he done his job Loretta Lynch and Barack Obama would have quashed the evidence and no indictment would have been issued.  He allowed Peter Strzok to revise the FBI report to give cover for Hillary and that damages our judicial system.  How can the public trust law enforcement when this kind of activity exists?  James Comey and the FBI were, in my opinion, protecting the legitimacy of the presumed Hillary Clinton presidency. 

The IG report revealed numerous FBI agents who were adamantly anti-Trump.  One of the FBI employees described Trump voters as “uneducated” and “lazy POS” the day after the 2016 election.  That employee was responding to an instant message from “FBI Attorney 2” according to the IG’s report.  On the morning of November 9, 2016, Attorney 2 message the employee: “I am so stressed about what I could have done differently.”  The employee responded: “Don’t stress. None of that mattered,” which appears to have been a reference to the FBI’s investigation of Clinton. 

The attorney also said: “I don’t know.  We broke the momentum,” the employee answered: “That is not so.”  The employee said, “All the people who were initially voting for her would not, and were not, swayed by any decisions the FBI put out.  Trump’s supporters are all poor middle class, uneducated, lazy POS that think he will magically grant them jobs for doing nothing. They probably didn’t watch the debates, aren’t fully educated on his policies and are stupidly wrapped up in his unmerited enthusiasm.”  The IG referred five FBI employees for investigation and there were subsequent firings or transfers of agents in the bureau. 

Those incidents are drops in the bucket of the many where the FBI and other federal agencies attempted to cover for the Democrats and target Trump and the Republicans.  With all the evidence at our disposal which is the tip of the iceberg, how can we trust any investigative activity by Robert Mueller or the Democrats in Congress?  The bias, prejudice, and manipulation of evidence and facts leave us without a federal law enforcement agency that we can trust.  I’ve called for sweeping changes in every department and bureau in Washington and the agencies of our government. 

We are in deep trouble in America and trusting our government is virtually impossible.  I support law enforcement, but I cannot support partisan bias that gives cover to criminals while targeting political opponents.  If that is what we have become, we may be too far down the proverbial tubes to recover.  I pray that we can see this ship turned around.  I pray that we will wake up and defeat the Democrats in 2020 and have sufficient support in Congress to take on the corruption of Washington and every bureau and agency of our federal government.
