The mid-term elections resulted in wresting control of the Senate from the Democrats with their leftist agenda, secured the House and was an open referendum on most if not all of Barack Obama’s policies so we get to move forward to fix this mess, right?  WRONG!  When Barack Obama was first elected and his party had control of both, Houses of Congress, the White House and it appeared the Supreme Court in their pockets the Republicans complained and he famously declared, “Elections have consequences.  You lost.”  So one would assume that since there was such a resounding rejection of this agenda the Republicans would be emboldened to do the will of the people and honor the constitution and the Democrats would assume the role of losers and tone back their assault on liberty but if you do you would be in for a rude awakening in 2015-16.

Almost immediately the leadership of the House and Senate along with some notable presidential hopefuls there was the conciliatory olive branch extended and they began talking and acting as though they lost the election.  The president, Democrats, and media began harping that what the American people wanted was compromise by the Republicans.  The voting public kicked out of office many who walked in ‘lock step’ with Barack Obama and his destructive policies and that was somehow an indication that they wanted the Republicans to ‘play nice’ or by the Democrat rules.  Are you kidding me? 

People like Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney almost immediately began to insist that using the power of the purse, was a mistake and that the Republicans had to pass a comprehensive immigration reform bill or it would be devastating in November 2016.  Hey guys what just happened?  The so-called government shutdown occurred in the closing days of 2013 with only about 15% of the government actually shut down while the rest continued as normal including every welfare check going out as scheduled and on time.  Barack Obama made an open display of acting outside his authority, irresponsibly if not illegally and immorally in closing some things that were not necessary and was joined by the chorus of Democrats, the media and some of the liberal Republicans (if you can call them that) attacking the Tea Party and any Constitutional conservative voice in Washington calling them terrorist and a blight on human-kind.  However, when the elections rolled around what happened?  The House and Senate were placed in the hands of the Republicans who were accused of SHUTTING DOWN THE GOVERNMENT.  Could it be that the people want the government reduced, spending reduced, the deficit reduced, the size and scope of the federal government R E D U C E D???   That would be rational to think that but not so with Mr. Obama, the Democrats and the Republican establishment.

We had Mr. Gruber admitting that THEY LIED about Obamacare and the immediate distancing of themselves from him claiming “I don’t know him”.  Oh well, covering a lie with a lie is the normal practice of those who lie as we have observed for six years now with this administration.  Mr. Obama considers himself above the law, without constitutional restrictions and the Supreme Court has suggested that a president’s use of executive orders can be deemed acceptable if Congress does not move to stop those actions.  Since the Republicans have no spine, the Democrats agree with his agenda and the media is his lap dog why would he hesitate to move on Amnesty, vilify the police forces around the nation, attack conservatives through unlawful use of government agencies, negotiate and cooperate with terrorist, and fan the flames of discord along racial lines?  WHY NOT?  After all he has become assured that there will be no move to impeach, no censor, no override of any veto, and no action of Congress to dry up the flow of cash or credit.  In simple terms, NO RESISTANCE by the opposition party!  NOPE, what we have is a lame duck president acting as a king and a party in power acting as though they lost the election.  That has to make everyone feel all warm and fuzzy in side.  So Merry Christmas from Congress and the White House America they get the gold mine we get the shaft.  There is hope only if WE THE PEOPLE form, such an alliance and protest via civil and legal means to get their attention and then in 2016, if necessary, send the lot of them packing.

Does it bother you as it does me when you hear reports, read statistics and do simple mathematical calculations regarding the announced unemployment rate, the workforce participation percentages and the numbers of work age people not working?  According to a September 2014 report there were over 92 million people 16 and older who do not participate in the workforce and that equals a 36 year low participation rate of 62.8%.  The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the civilian non-institutional population was 248,229,200 and there were only 155,959,000 of them participating in the workforce.  Let me take that a step further the report is that there are only 155 million who either have a job or have actively sought one over the previous four weeks.  How in the name of mathematical reason can the unemployment rate be hovering around 6%?  That is not possible using honest statistical calculations but that is what the White House tells us.  I believe the real numbers are in excess of 12-15% but will stay with those numbers to be charitable.

When you add to this that the national debt has exceeded $18 TRILLION, an increase of 70% since Barack Obama took office in 2009.  The debt under his watch has increased astronomically under his watch, who as a U.S. Senator declared that it was ‘unpatriotic’ and ‘irresponsible’ to add $4 TRILLION to the debt in reference to George W. Bush’s administration.  This means that every man, woman and child in the United States now owes $56,250+ toward the national debt.  Yet we are told that our economy is coming back, the recession has long been over and Mr. Obama’s policies are working.  Unfortunately, a significant number, if not a majority, of Americans have found their income reduced and their net worth diminished with no real prospects of it getting better any time soon.

The welfare participation rate in America reflects at least 49.2% of the population receive government benefits in one or more government programs as reported by the Census Bureau in 2011 and that has grown since then so we are likely past the point of no return where over half of our citizens are receiving government benefits of some kind.  We have almost 27% of Americans receiving Medicaid and under Obamacare Americans earning less than 400% of the poverty level will qualify for a federal subsidy.  We know that over 47 million people are receiving food stamps.  The report from the Department of Agriculture is that we have 23,052,388 HOUSEHOLDS receiving food stamps over 700,000 more than 2012.  Does that sound like things are getting better?

In today’s America it is no longer necessary for a person to work to eat, drive a car, have cable television, the internet, a cell or smart phone, and do most of the things that a few years ago would have been impossible without an income.  I completely understand that there are those who WOULD WORK but cannot find work.  I also know that there are some who only TOKENLY look for work and for one reason or another do not accept the jobs available.  I also know that there are those who have become PROFESSIONAL entitlementrapenurs (not a word) completely content to allow someone else to fund their lifestyle.

Now we are have open borders and legalizing millions of illegals to come or stay in this country which will add to the welfare rolls, increase healthcare costs and burden our educational systems and every sector of our society.  I must ask, for what reason?  It is to complete the objective of ‘fundamentally transforming’ America into something other than a robust self-sufficient, solvent constitutional republic and enslave the populace to the socialistic programs, ideology and policies of the leftist in this nation.  The Statist of both major parties have engineered and participated in the systematic dismantling of America.  Short of a full Constitutional Convention and a throwing out of our government I’m not sure there is a remedy.  Where will we go?  What will happen to our beloved nation?  At this point I am convinced that short of a miracle by God they have successfully trampled our constitution.  That being said, I will not cease to cry from the rooftops for a return to the principles upon which we were founded as is evidenced in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and the writings of our founding fathers as they sought to align this nation with godly moral principles and afford permanent freedom and liberty to the citizens.

Do I have your attention yet?  Much of the world and especially the political world is so full of stuff that an enema would eliminate it is a thought.  In political campaigns and jockeying for position much is done that used to be called ‘mudslinging’ but I’m not sure it is mud that is being slung so the enema is an entertaining thought.

I am fed up and disgusted with ‘political speak’ and the verbal defecation that transpires when politicians have opportunity to get before a camera or microphone.  I cannot tolerate the ‘race baiters’ spewing their poisonous diatribe, inciting riots and fanning the flames of racial discord.  The bald-faced or bold-faced lies that come from almost every sector of public life scream the need to have a clean out of the alimentary canal of the world for too much of it seems to be so full of it that anything short of a complete colon cleanse is a waste of time.

There was a time when our nation was not only willing but insistent upon people being held accountable for their words and actions.  Politicians were not ‘professionals’ but ‘public servants’ and ‘temporary’ holders of office unlike today which has produced a condition that, in the human body would require an enema to relive the problem.  The values that were present at beginning and held true for almost two centuries provided the public with recourse to relieve the condition and we did so without the 24/7/365 media reporting or propagandizing some particular agenda.  We were not afraid to ‘speak the truth’ and call ‘a spade a spade’.  Oh I know I can’t say that for someone will undoubtedly try to make it a racial slur of some kind and frankly I just can’t be concerned about that kind of small-mindedness.  I would, ten thousand times over, rather have someone tell me the truth than to make some politically correct attempt at sugarcoating or spinning something to make it somehow supposedly less offense.  The truth may hurt my feelings temporarily but if I am honest and truly seeking to be the best I can be it will only be temporary and will prod me into corrective action.

I had someone tell me some time back, “The whole world has gone crazy.”  While I know that is an exaggeration it is far from being a complete exaggeration for much of it is bordering on insanity.  There are no more vicious groups than those following a religious ideology or pursuing a religious cause as is the case with the Islamic jihadist such as ISIS.  The man in the Oval Office, the media, politicians, and many religious leaders insist that Islam is a religion of peace and that we must be tolerant.  That would be fine were it not for their own book they call their scripture calling for the systematic execution and slaughter of those who do not convert to their religion and their total lack of tolerance for anyone else.  If I could give those calling for this action an enema to rid us of this putrid ordure I would.

Politicians selling their souls for position, power, profit, cries out for immediate action.  Racist of all stripes promoting their brand of toxin demands an enema as the only logical prescription.  Those in the corporate world who are completely at ease with price gouging, unscrupulous profiteering and the environmental lunatics offer no hope short of a strategically placed powerful suppository to begin the immediate and total cleansing.  Can we do that?  Not literally but it might be fun.   However we can do it through prayer, continual education of all those we can influence, keeping pressure on the elected officials, and becoming more deeply involved in the process publicly, privately, socially, corporately, and spiritually.  The task before us is monumental and can only be achieved if we are 100% committed to securing or restoring liberty and a constitutional republic.  That will be our administration of an enema to the world!  Care to join me?

The latest example of Imperial Decree has come from Barack H. Obama the ‘wanna be’ dictator/emperor of the United States of America in granting what amounts to immediate AMNESTY to millions of ILLEGALS.  He touts it as humanitarian, compassionate, caring for minorities and doing the right thing when it has nothing to do with people but about party and ideology.  It is another of a long list of attempts to make the United States a one party government with the Democrats at the helm.  He envisions himself as Emperor no matter how many times he has declares publicly that he is not and cannot violate the Constitution or our laws but repeatedly does both with impunity.  This is dangerous because the Supreme Court has acknowledged that while his Executive Orders or Actions are questionable constitutionally, if Congress does not object and resist then they become valid and precedent setting.  Congress, for the most part, has proven to be spineless and even complicit in the advancing of the ALL POWERFUL central government mentality.  The Democrats relishing the power they have enjoyed and the Republicans licking their chops thinking that one day it will be their turn while both parties totally ignore the Constitution, law, and will of the people.

Some have cited Cesar Chavez as a hero on IMMIGRATION and claiming he would be supportive of Mr. Obama and the Democrats unconstitutional decree but facts and history do not support that claim.  They omit Mr. Chavez’s rabid opposition to ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, undocumented works and his use of the term ‘wetbacks’ (his language not mine) referring to the illegals.  His opposition was a cornerstone in his organizing ‘farm workers’ into a union and declared publicly and frequently that ILLEGALS hindered the efforts in holding a strike and prevented the legal American farm workers from getting the wages they desired and deserved.  He even ordered union members to call the INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) reporting ILLEGALS who were working in the fields so they could be deported.  Mr. Chavez said:  “For so many years we have been involved in agricultural strikes; organizing almost 30 years as a worker, as an organizer, and as president of the union—and for all these almost 30 years it is apparent that when the farm workers strike and their strike is successful, the employers go to Mexico and have unlimited, unrestricted use of illegal alien strikebreakers to break the strike, and, for over 30 years, the Immigration and Naturalization Service has looked the other way and assisted in the strikebreaking.”  Somehow that does not sound like a proponent of AMNESTY to me.

An even closer look at the situation we find that the UFW during Chávez’s tenure was committed to restricting immigration. César Chávez and Dolores Huerta fought the Bracero Program that existed from 1942 to 1964. Their opposition stemmed from their belief that the program undermined U.S. workers and exploited the migrant workers. Their efforts contributed to Congress ending the Bracero Program in 1964.

On a few occasions, concerns that illegal migrant labor would undermine UFW strike campaigns led to a number of controversial events, which the UFW describes as anti-strikebreaking events, but which have also been interpreted as being anti-immigrant. In 1969, Chávez and members of the UFW marched through the Imperial and Coachella Valleys to the border of Mexico to protest growers’ use of illegal immigrants as strikebreakers.  Joining him on the march were both Reverend Ralph Abernathy and U.S. Senator Walter Mondale. In its early years, Chávez and the UFW went so far as to report illegal aliens who served as strikebreaking replacement workers, as well as those who refused to unionize, to the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

 In 1973, the United Farm Workers set up a “wet line” along the United States-Mexico border to prevent Mexican immigrants from entering the United States illegally and potentially undermining the UFW’s unionization efforts. During one such event in which Chávez was not involved, some UFW members, under the guidance of Chávez’s cousin Manuel, physically attacked the strikebreakers, after attempts to peacefully persuade the illegal aliens not to cross the border failed.

The polls of registered Latino voters indicate there IS NOT overwhelming support of AMNESTY with 40% opposing it outright.  We find that 56% oppose ILLEGALS receiving federal benefits including Obama-care.  The most important issues for Latino voters reflected that 62% felt the economy was number one followed by 57% healthcare, 45% education and a mere 31% immigration.  We find that 45% of the non-registered voters felt the same.  If you combine those numbers you find that Hispanics are split on AMNESTY not what the president, Democrats, media, and Latino Activists groups would have you believe.

 Mr. Obama’s lawless act is not about helping minorities it harms legal immigrants and low skilled workers many of which are minorities rather than helping them.  Shelia Jackson-Lee may say that we are selfish for not wanting to give up our jobs to those ILLEGALS but I suggest that she lead by example and give up her Congressional seat to an Illegal.  Oh wait, she cannot and will not it only applies to the rest of us not her and her elitist compadres.

Someone told me they were excited and hopeful that America could be saved after the mid-term elections and I said, “Let me see the 2016 election and who is elected before I allow myself to become overly optimistic for I have seen the Republicans self-destruct before and am not overly optimistic that they will not do the same again.”  God help us and send us men and women who love Freedom, America, the Constitution, the Rule of Law, and have a moral mooring that is rooted and grounded in the principles described and detailed in our American Constitution.   What we have today is  overt lawlessness and the intended shredding of the constitution.  This administration does not believe the constitution applies to them.  Thus prompting my title question:  “Constitution?  What Constitution?”

My title opens the door for me to present ‘much every way’ as a preacher friend of mine used to say he preached.  Some tell me that America has no future but I want to address this by looking at several scenarios and leave it to you to decide what you think.

America’s future if the Republicans keep the House and win the Senate…

One the one hand I would like to think that this would be a Congress that has the courage, spine, backbone, intestinal fortitude and constitutional reverence to actually DO SOMETHING to stop this administration from further destroying our republic.  That is a scenario I have little hope of becoming a reality but I am 100% convinced that if this happens Barack Obama will go completely rogue and govern via Executive Fiat.  He will go far beyond what he has already done and his actions will not only be unconstitutional but illegal and treasonous.  The only hope for America at that point would be a Congress that impeaches and/or indicts him.  He has already said he plans to stay in Washington after his term to insure his policies are not repealed or rolled back.  The dangers for America are colossal therefore we MUST insure that there, at a minimum, a hope in Washington of impeding the advancement of his ideology and agenda.

America’s future if the Republicans keep the House and do not win the Senate…

Barack Obama will know he is safe from anything more than a slap on the wrist and will go completely rogue and America will be so radically transformed by the end of 2016 no one will recognize her.  While electing Republicans to control both Houses of Congress might not accomplish much it would afford the possibility of stopping him and might give him pause and the Democrats to hesitate in any full scale advancement of his agenda.

America’s future if Hillary Clinton is elected President in 2016….

DOOM!  Barack Obama is a narcissistic, self-serving ideology who has surrounded himself with people who share like ideology and Anti-American views and he has demonstrated some sway to public opinion.  Hillary has not surrounded herself with friends she does not have any and does not believe she needs any.  Unlike Bill Clinton who being the consummate politician did take note of public opinion, Hillary listens to NO ONE and only to Bill when it serves her purpose but otherwise, given the opportunity she would advance the ideological causes Barack Obama has begun with such urgency America could not survive.  I see Mr. Obama as quite ruthless on some things but Hillary makes Genghis Khan seem tame.  I am convinced that NOTHING would be off the table with her to ensure the achievement of her objective.

One thing that Barack Obama, Hillary, and Bill Clinton share is the desire to be the recognized leader of the New World Order and all envision the position of Secretary General of the United Nations as a step toward achieving that goal.  I do not believe that Bill Clinton wants Hillary to be president because of unwavering support for her but as a means to an end to get him the position in the United Nations.  Mr. Obama, I believe, is so narcissistic and full of himself that he believes he will be automatically elected in that body and if he is will do there what he has done in America and attempt to usurp the sovereignty of the nations of the world and usher in the New World Order with him as the self-proclaimed head.  Although I seriously doubt the world is quite ready to accept that, a crisis or two such as a massive Ebola outbreak or some other calamity could open that door and a virtual martial law internationally be imposed in the name of ‘preserving the world’.

America, if we are to have a future and a hope we must pray in repentance and intercession for our nation and our world.  We must work at all levels to find and elect people who share the moral and constitutional values that our nation was founded upon and has allowed her to survive.  Can we do that in an election cycle or two, I do not know but I do not believe we have many election cycles left and maybe on one or two before the death knell sounds.  WE THE PEOPLE OF THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA must fight to the finish to preserve that which we were given over 200 years ago.
