I realize that some may take offense to my position and contention.  But I believe that our Founding Fathers knew the true source of Freedom and Peace.  I believe that in their deliberations and labors to establish a viable government and a foundational document by which it would be governed the found it defined in a Bible verse.  That verse is Proverbs 14:34: “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace (reproach) to any people.”  I make no apologies in using the Bible to contend for the Free America established by our Founders. 

My faith in God and in what I believe is to be His and our Founder’s intent for America is strong enough to weather any contentious arguments and vitriol hurled at me by those who disagree.  I adamantly defend your right to disagree but would hope that rather than using vile language, and personal insults you would simply argue your position and accept the American and biblical precept and value that we have the right to believe what we believe.  It may cost us dearly, even eternally, but we have the right to make that choice for ourselves. 

I truly believe that our only hope as a nation or a republic is embodied in that Bible verse.  There is another verse in Proverbs that is applicable, Proverbs 29:2: “When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when a wicked man rules, people groan.” Some would take that and say that the reason for the unrest and resistance of today is the wicked man is Donald Trump (their words not mine).  They forget the things he has stood for in defending our Freedom of Religion and how Barack H. Obama did severe damage to our religious liberty while defending Islam and matters contrary to the Bible.  The wicked man should be understood as an ideology, a philosophy, an agenda and it appears is becoming a political party in today’s America. 

When I consider the possibility that Planned Parenthood has used means to keep the hearts of aborted babies beating in order to harvest organs, I am pierced through with both anger and sorrow.  When I consider the statements of Virginia Governor, Ralph Northam regarding the extermination of a baby born alive in a botched abortion, I am shaken to my core.  When I consider the move of the New York Legislature and the Governor of that state to allow abortion up to the moment of birth, my faith in humanity takes a severe blow. 

If one does not view that life in the womb a human being but simply a blob of tissue and no different than a tumor, there is no remorse in ripping it from its hope of life.  However, if you believe as do I and millions of others that that developing being in the womb is a human being, a human baby, you must be shaken deeply when you witness this insensitively regarding human life.  The factual reality that 60 million babies have been aborted since Roe v Wade is mind-boggling to this American.  That is one of the issues that draw me to the verse in Proverbs 14.

I don’t want to make this article totally about abortion, though it is a traumatizing subject for me.  In America today, it seems that we have, almost daily, plunged deeper into the cesspool of hate and the thirst for vengeance and retaliation become so strong some believe that anything goes.  A society that strips one segment of its inalienable and constitutional rights trying to force the rights of another group on everyone is not a righteous society.  It is a self-centered and self-serving society that opens the door and beckons chaos, anarchy, and tyranny to enter. 

Alexander Hamilton said, “People get the government they deserve.” That is a scathing indictment and I wish I could say it is unverifiable and untrue, but history suggests otherwise.  In True Liberty and Freedom there are responsibilities and I do not believe we can have Liberty or Freedom without a measure of Righteousness.  If a person becomes a criminal and ceases to live responsibly he will likely be arrested, tried, and sentenced to jail.  That person failed in the fulfillment and exercise of their responsibilities.  A baby has no responsibilities.  The infant does not have to concern himself/herself with paying the bills or earning a living.  Likewise, that infant has no liberties.  That child does not get to decide where he/she is going to sleep, eat, or what they will wear.  As that child grows older more and more responsibilities are given and more is expected.  With Liberty comes Responsibility and that includes maintaining a standard of moral rightness and recognition of the Rights of Others.

James Madison, the fourth President of the United States and the architect of the American Constitution expressed the view I am offering.  He said, “We have staked the whole future of American civilization not upon the power of government.  Far from it. We have staked the future upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves and to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.”  Imagine that!  He would find that today’s politically correct world would reject his argument and ban the Ten Commandments from any public building or monument.

When the government takes over and subsidizes anything it must also control that which it subsidizes.  That has been witnessed in the world of education and that control of government has resulted in our educational system becoming one that bans all things biblical.  In place of the Ten Commandments and the Bible we have Values Clarification, Gender Neutral Arguments, the Welfare State’s values proclaimed as humane and compassionate, and a one-world government view promoted.  Hitler said in 1920, “Give me the minds of the children, and in one generation I will give you the Fascist super state.”  Today, in education the Bible is our and Humanism, Communism, Socialism, and a godless and gender-neutral philosophy is taught. 

At the risk of losing my entire audience, I suggest that this transpired because too many of those of us of Faith were silent too long and watched the erosion of our Freedom and the devaluing of human life and morality in America.  I blame those of us who served as pastor and preacher for taking the assumed road of spiritual superiority and leaving politics to the politicians.  I heard someone say that to say, “Don’t mix politics and religion” is like saying put fish in one barrel and salt in another. 

If our character does not permeate our society and the values of moral rightness as taught in the Bible do not invade our halls and edicts of government, we will decay and drift farther from our original moorings.  The liberties and freedoms sought and fought for by the founders will be lost or so tarnished and diminished they become unrecognizable.  The Church and all Christians have a responsibility to warn of wickedness and set the standard in caring for the needy, addressing the issues of the hurting, addicted, bound, and afflicted.  We must train up our children in the way they should go and give them godly and righteous examples to pattern their lives after.  We must take the lead in addressing the politics of politicians and reclaim our nation and restore the principles of liberty, freedom, and moral rightness.  Failure to do so will result in loss beyond most people’s ability to comprehend.

I believe in the American Constitution and staunchly defend the 1^st Amendment which not only includes Free Speech but Religious Liberty.  That being said, although I believe that everyone has the right to worship according to the dictate of their heart and the god of their belief system so long as they do that peaceably.  If the call for violence and assignations or murders of those who disagree with them, I do not support their right for that is a violation of both the law and the Right to Life of others who disagree. 

The Religion of Toxic Liberalism that has boiled over in hatred calling for violence, censorship, and murder of Conservatives and those of us who support the Constitution, and/or this President is dangerous if not illegal.  Do we really want to go down that road which can only end in chaos and anarchy with violence the norm?  Do we really want to embrace a society where no one can ever be offended or disagree with the Toxic Liberal Position or the Politically Correct determinations?  Do we really want to teach the upcoming generation that they can expect a world without problems or disagreement?  Do we want to teach them that it is permissible to riot and destroy person and property if there is a politician or person who offers a view other than theirs?  The answer is NO! 

Although the Toxic Liberalism of today’s Democratic Socialist and Extremist is deeply troubling and damaging to our Republic it is not the greatest danger to America.  There is a sect, group, ideology, or religion that poses a threat far beyond that of what is happening in politics in America today.  You may or may not agree and you may find my position offensive.  If you do, that is your choice, but if you support the right to have your opinion surely you support my right to have mine.

I believe the most formidable enemy of the Western World is the religion of Islam.  I know that is unallowable in our Politically Correct World, but I believe that for many reasons.  If you will give me an opportunity before you seek to have me incarcerated in some social media jail and call the PC Police I will explain my reasoning.  If you disagree that is your right and if you agree we must join forces to find ways to protect America and Americans from the savagery that is found in their book of religion and advocated by the so-called extremist of that religion. 

In 1870 there was a warning issued by European historian Hilaire Belloc that I want you to hear.  He said, “Millions of modern people of the white civilization — that is, the civilization of Europe and America — have forgotten all about Islam. They have never come in contact with it. They take for granted that it is decaying, and that, anyway, it is just a foreign religion which will not concern them. It is, as a fact, the most formidable and persistent enemy which our civilization has had and may at any moment become as large a menace in the future as it has been in the past” (from Belloc’s The Great Heresies, emphasis added).

According to Islamic history in 628 A.D. Muhammad, the founder of Islam called on Byzantine Emperor, Heraclius, the symbolic head of Christendom to ‘recant Christianity and embrace Islam.’  The Emperor refused, and jihad was launched as the Muslims invaded Christian Syria and defeated the imperial army.  That victory allowed Islam to sweep through the region in all directions and less than half a century later they had conquered Syria, Egypt, and most of North Africa.  They attempted to invade Europe, but the Walls of Constantinople prevented their advance.  For more than 200 years Europe was repeatedly attacked by both land and sea and hundreds of thousands of Christians were enslaved.  That ushered in what has been called the “Dark Ages.”

The Ottomans launched their efforts to scourge Christendom and although Muslims failed to capture new European lands the Barbary pirates and Crimean slavers captured and sold over 5 million Europeans.  In the late 1600’s, the Ottoman jihadists attempted to take Vienna and their failure marked the beginning of the end for their regime.  Thomas Jefferson and John Adams approached the Barbary ambassador and asked why they were enslaving Americans he told them that it was written in their Koran and instructed by their prophet that it was their right and duty to make war on all non-Muslims whenever they could and to make salves of all the prisoners they could take.  That is the Religion of Peace we are told to embrace and give tolerance. 

Historian Thomas Madden contends that Muslim armies conquered nearly 75% of the Christian world.  World dominance has always been their objective and their religion are about dominance and control not simply helping people for spiritual light.  Their treatment of women is atrocious and their treatment of anyone and everyone not following their Sharia Law is unconscionable. 

Hilaire Belloc not only warned of the past but looked into the future and we have failed to heed his warnings and other voices of bygone eras regarding this incredible threat.  Barack Obama tried to compare the Crusades to the Muslim Jihads and justify the violence of the world of Islam.  The thing that Mr. Obama, who has claimed to be a Christian, seemed to overlook was that the New Testament Teachings of the Bible makes no call of eradication of those who do not agree but seeks to bring everyone to a place of peace, love, and forgiveness.  The Book of Islam makes no such directive.

Belloc’s warning is encapsulated in his words: “It [Islam] is, as a fact, the most formidable and persistent enemy which our civilization has had, and may at any moment become as large a menace in the future as it has been in the past…  The whole spiritual strength of Islam is still present in the masses of Syria and Anatolia, of the East Asian mountains, of Arabia, Egypt, and North Africa. The final fruit of this tenacity, the second period of Islamic power, may be delayed — but I doubt whether it can be permanently postponed.”

We have cities in America where even the police will not venture because of the Muslim controlled sectors of those cities and the implementation of Sharia Law.  We have now elected persons to Congress who are Muslims and refuse to renounce the violence and terrorism of Islamic Jihad.  When a religion calls for the eradication of an entire nation, (Israel) and calls the United States the great satan and Israel the little satan and vows to push Israel into the Sea while chanting ‘Death to America’ how can we call that a religion of peace?

America if we do not cease trying to be politically correct and wake up and realize that co-existence with the fundamental teachings of this religion is not possible we will open the door for our own destruction.  I want everyone who peaceably worships to be free to do so, but if there are calls for violence we must not allow that to continue.  If a church or group of people claiming to be Christians were to call for the violence those of Islam call for they would be arrested and shut down with incredible speed and force. 

I want a Free America that maintains and defends the right to “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”  The liberal leftists and too many on the Republican side continue to insist that this is a Religion of Peace while ignoring the mutilation, maiming, incredible abuse, and violence inherent in their teachings.  We have Imams in America’s Mosques calling for jihad against America and we are told we cannot violate their 1^st Amendment Rights while using the IRS and other agencies to harass and trample on the Constitutional Rights of Christians. 

Wake up and let’s clean house in Washington in the next election.  We will need to rid ourselves of many Democrats and some Republicans.  Let’s appeal to those in Congress and the President to purge the ranks of those in agencies and bureaucracies who will not stand for America.

I realize that I have just entered the Land of the Taboo and will possibly stir up hate, anger, vitriol, and cause me to endure some personal attacks. That is not my objective, but I cannot be silent with there are those in our government and society who are advancing incredible evils.  I can call infanticide as is in the proposed legislation of Virginia and the legislation of New York nothing but murder.  I don’t like abortion at any level because I view that life in the womb as just that A LIFE and a Living Human Being waiting to be born.  The calls for extreme physical abuse including maiming, murder, rape, sodomy, and more by some today toward those who support this president and disagree with their position is alarming.

If you find my open declaration so disagreeable you can no longer associate with me on any level, that is your choice.  I am open to honest discussion of all issues but when it comes to genocide, infanticide, and the proposed violence those on the Left are calling for I call it what it is, EVIL!  I did not say that each person who has supported the Democrat Platform and voted for them is evil, but the policies being advanced by the extreme which seems to be rapidly becoming mainstream of the Left is. 

The Left is terrified that should President Trump be allowed to make another appointment to the Supreme Court Roe v. Wade would be history.  I cannot address whether that is a justified fear or not, although I would support the overturning of that law.  I am opposed to abortion and won’t get into a debate here on rape, incest, and the danger of the life of the mother.  Those are discussions that we must engage in, but I believe the matter of abortion is a State issue, not a Federal one.  That does not mean that I support Abortion or Abortion on Demand in any stretch of the imagination but believe it is a matter, like many others that each state should decide for themselves. 

There was a time when even Democrat Bill Clinton called for abortion to be “safe, legal, and rare.”  Yes, he said, ‘rare’ as well as legal and safe.  I am incredibly concerned about the new limits or lack thereof proposed by the Left regarding abortion.  Where does this lead and where does it end?  What is behind this latest push by the Left to make the life of the baby in the womb so valueless that they could endorse killing it, after live birth, via a botched abortion?  Killing full-term babies cannot be called choice, it is murder!  Hate me, love me, be indifferent to me, that is your choice, but I cannot sit silently while the door to societal genocide is opened.  What is next, ethnic cleansing?  Where does it lead? 

Only seven countries including the United States allow for elective abortions after 20 weeks.  Those countries are Canada, China, North Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam.  The Netherlands and Singapore draw the line at 24 weeks.  However, the legislation in New York and the proposed legislation in Virginia would obliterate those lines and make unwanted babies, fair game for obliteration.  How can the Left call for empathy, compassion, sympathy, tolerance, or any of the demands they make on the Right with this view of human life in the most defenseless of all humans? 

I agree with a statement I heard recently that there are two basic explanations for this new push to legalize infanticide.  One is economic and the other is a stepping stone to their ultimate objective.  The first is utterly disgusting and the latter is so vile it is unconscionable and evil.  The fact that our government awards Planned Parenthood $500 million annual is a bitter pill for this American.  The Republican-controlled Congress did little to defund that entity allowing its funds to continue and has done absolutely nothing toward the securing of our borders and building a wall.  The wall is designed to help funnel people to entry or check-points, so they can be properly vetted and screened.  The design is to protect Americans from being murdered, raped, or accosted by illegals who were criminals and evil when they arrived. How is that a bad thing?

Planned Parenthood is incredibly partisan and spent over $38 million in 2016 in support of Hillary Rodham Clinton.  How much of that came out of the $500 million tax dollars they received?  Planned Parenthood’s annual revenue is more than $1.5 billion.  It is my view, that Planned Parenthood like many Unions is nothing more than money-laundering operations or arms of the Democrat Party.  The silence and inaction by the GOP are incredibly disturbing and another reason to Clean House in Washington, D.C. immediately!

The ‘stepping stone’ issue is an entirely different one.  I suggest that once infanticide is legalized, and that is the desire of the national Democrat Party of Today, it would rapidly become accepted as The Law.  People would become anesthetized and adopt a ‘ho-hum’ attitude toward this act of murder.  Our consciences would continue to be seared and we would be unemotional and no longer give it a second thought.  No, not everyone would do that, but millions would and possibly already do. 

The problem then could be expressed in the question, “Who else in society is inconvenient or unnecessary?”  Would the next target be the elderly who are a drain on the economy through lack of productivity and the heavy use of the healthcare system?  Would the disabled or the infirm become targets based on some sliding scale of deemed value to the Utopian society in the minds of the Leftists?  Where does it end?  Call me an alarmist if you choose, but if this becomes a reality and touches your or your family you will regret not having listened to our warnings.

Their plan could easily be implemented and achieved hidden from public view through the Democratic plan of Medicare for All.  If the government fully controls our healthcare who or what is to prevent them from determining what care, we can and will receive or if we receive it?  We know statistically that a small group of people account for most of the medical spending.  We know that about 30% of all Medicare expenditures are attributed to 5% of the beneficiaries that die each year.  We know that about a third of that cost occurs in the last month of life.  The economics in the minds of the devious makes that a sought-after prize and a reason to eliminate that cost.  Newborns with health problems and seniors at the end of life are costly, but they are human beings and deserving of quality healthcare. 

I remind you of the objective of Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood.  She wanted, and they want to sterilize what they deem, “morons, mental defectives, and epileptics.”  Other ‘undesirables’ would also be forced into sterilization and concentration camps or FEMA Camps would become the norm.  She also said, “We don’t want the word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.” The Democrats are flexing their muscles and the GOP must stand in their way.  This is evidence, in my view, that we have embarked down the slippery slope of a dystopian society where the All-Seeing Eye of the Government decides who lives and who dies.

I am not ashamed of Him in Whom I believe. He is God!  Jesus Christ is my personal savior and I value life.  I value All Life and believe that God is the only one who has the right to decide who lives and who dies.  I want an America where our inalienable right of “Life” is recognized and protected.  I urge you to pray about where the country is headed and reevaluate your political party position.  Where will it end?

The movie from decades ago, “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World” comes to mind when I contemplate the state of politics in America today.  It is not just the political, or politicians, but the insanity and lack of reason have permeated such a large swath of our society I fear for the Republic.  I can hear some saying, “There he goes again with the Alarmism!”  I hope that I am bringing to light a current state of reality that will inspire and motivate each of us to become involved in both politics and society.  We are not islands, and none of us live in a cocoon, we are part of the American Society and if we let it become what it will without attempting to use our influence to guide it in the right direction we may well deserve what we get. 

Before you call for my head and request a large vat of boiling oil to pour on me, consider the reality that each of us has a voice, a vote, and an opportunity to influence someone else.  We may only influence one person but that is all that it takes when society as a whole becomes involved.  America may not choose the path I prefer, believe is best, and desire, but if everyone becomes involved I can deal with the outcome. 

I have never liked hearing about the ‘Silent Majority’ because, to me, that is like a Christian claiming to be in God’s ‘Secret Service.’  If I do not express my view, cast my ballot, and seek to inform my friends, family, and others as well as my elected officials as to what I believe to be the best course of actions, I have acquiesced my responsibility and duty.  My family deserves better.  I deserve better and refuse to be a sheep or a rat following the pied-piper to destruction.

Today’s national Democratic Party has taken a very Sharp Left Turn politically.  I don’t mean a shift to the Left but a very sharp and well-defined turn toward everything that America was not, is not, and should not be.  The question could be and should be asked, “What prompted that turn?’  What is behind that radical shift?  I doubt that I could successfully detail all the reasons but have a couple in view that I will share.

Bill Bennet and others have cited the fact that the New Democrats focusing on the 2020 elections have placed the eggs of higher taxes, universal healthcare, open borders, and late or full-term abortions in their political basket.  Will, that play well in 2020?  Time will tell, but I pray that it will mean their defeat in such epic proportions that hopefully they will rethink some of their positions.  However, if history is an indicator of the future, they will not only not rethink their positions and move toward the center they will double and triple down with more Socialism, Marxism, and Leftist agendas. 

Flannery O’Connor wrote that sometimes you have to, “push back against the age as hard as it pushes against you.”  President Trump has pushed hard, something the Leftist had never experienced from a Republican President or Congress for that matter.  That caused such intense hatred and indignation against him they have pushed back harder than ever.  Their hatred has pushed them to the brink and so clouded their judgment they have allowed their perception of who he is and what he stands for to become fictional rather than addressing his real policies.  

It is my view, maybe not yours, that President Trump’s policies are somewhat conservative, but largely traditional and laced with moderation and compromise.  Is that good?  Mostly, but the Democrats and the Never Trump crowd are so filled with disdain for the man they cannot see the opportunities to do something good for America.  They only see him, and he is like a red flag to a mad bull to them. 

The Democrats are calling for higher taxes on the so-called rich, but when you find out who they deem to be rich, you find that it touches many of us who are anything but wealthy.  There are calls for increased taxation ranging from 70-90% depending on which Democrat you are talking to.  Tax increases on the wealthy always lead to tax increases on the middle-class and affect all people through higher prices and costs.  How is that good? 

They want to eliminate all Private Insurance and transition into a Single-Payer, Government Run Medicare For All Healthcare system that is so costly and economically lacking sanity it should frighten every American.  Sadly, most do not consider the costs or any potential dangers in a fully government-run healthcare system.  I have touched on those before so I won’t go into the potential genocide and other factors inherent in that type of system. 

The Democrats want Open Borders and are resisting the Wall at all costs.  Why?  They were for a wall in the past but now that it is Trump the wall is Immoral and Ineffective.  What changed?  Only who is in the White House.  The shutdown of the U.S. economy cost approximately $11 Billion and the estimated cost of the Wall was less than $6 Billion.  We could have saved over $5 Billion by simply building the Wall. 

Why are the Democrats so vehemently opposed to the Wall?  Well, based on their arguments I can only conclude that they do not believe in borders or limits on immigration.  The bottom line is they do not believe in America or America as established by our Founders and enjoyed by previous generations.  They want a fundamentally transformed America that is more like Venezuela than a Free Republic.

On the matter of Abortion, they are advancing such late-term abortions that polls indicate their voting members are at odds with their position.  Polls indicate that only 13% of Americans and 18% of Democrats favor third-trimester abortions.  It might shock you to hear the views of Howard Schultz and former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg on their proposals.  Schultz said that Medicare for all was ‘not American.’  Bloomberg condemned Senator Warren’s plan saying, “We need a healthy economy and we shouldn’t be embarrassed about our system. If you want to look at a system that’s not capitalistic, just take a look at what was once one of the wealthiest countries in the world and now people are starving to death: it’s called Venezuela.”

There are a few Democrats, although quite liberal, who see the extremism of the New Democrat Party as dangerous, un-American, and destructive.  I pray that the rank-n-file Democrats who work for a living will also wake up and resist the push to Extremism that is the plan and path of Toxic Liberalism in America.

Unless we are talking about Republicans targeted by the Mueller Team, the FBI, the Democrats, and other partisan entities, the number of indictments for the corrupt will be ZERO!  If you are talking about members of the Trump team or other Conservative Republicans, then the sky is the limit on the number of indictments that are in the works.  I keep hearing about the thousands of sealed indictments targeting prominent Democrats and operatives, but I take that with a grain of salt and until I see it happen will not wait with bated breath.  I don’t like to play ‘what if’ games and speculate on what might be based on what should be or what I want to be a reality.  The Corruption of Washington, DC is so deep I expect little in the way of true exposure.

There is a Protected Class of Corrupt Politicians and their cover is broad and deep.  If they only lurked in the shadows and did their devious deeds in the dark that would be bad enough, but today they are operating in the open.  The Protected Class of the Corrupt no longer attempt to hide their deeds because they are confident their cover is sufficient to keep them out of harm’s way and prison.  They have bought enough votes and emotionally, mentally, and politically enslaved enough voters to virtually guarantee their election and reelection.  That fact keeps them in positions of power where they can sell their souls to the highest bidder with deep enough pockets to keep them safe. 

Many of us have asked repeatedly and for a very long time, “Why are the Democrats rarely indicted even when the collude with our enemies and trample our laws and the constitution and Republicans targeted for spitting on the sidewalk?”  There is an answer and it is vividly obvious, but those who don’t want to see it do not and those of us who do have little power to change it.  The abuse of our federal agencies rose to new and despicable heights under former President Barack Hussein Obama.  I hoped that would change with the election of Donald Trump but the maniacal obsession with finding something to hang on Trump has revealed the power of the Swamp and Deep State has revealed just how deep, widespread, and powerful the Protected Class of the Corrupt truly is. 

One event exposes this Gestapo style abuse was so blatant that only the willingly blind are unable to see the farce and overkill media photo-op arrest for what it is. That event was a media event and the abuse and misuse of government funds and agencies that should be addressed by Congress immediately.  What am I talking about?  The Roger Stone arrest!  The FBI and Robert Mueller deemed it necessary to send a taskforce larger than the security detail at Benghazi to arrest this 66-year-old man.  I was not aware Mr. Stone was such a violent threat that it would require a 29-man and 17-vehicle tactical unit to take him down.  Either he is far more dangerous than Osama bin Laden or this was a political stunt to dramatize the arrest and garner as much public notice and sentiment as possible.  I think you know which, so I won’t go into it.

Lying to the FBI and the Mueller Team, if you are a Republican, is an indictable offense and the full weight of the law is brought down on you.  However, if you are a Democrat, a member of the Obama or Clinton teams, and a partisan Leftists you can lie until hell freezes over and there won’t be even a raised eyebrow.  How can that be?  How does that not scream of biases and partisan bias?  Hillary Clinton, James Comey, James Clapper, John Brennan, Christopher Steele, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Andrew McCabe, Bruce Ohr and his wife, Susan Rice, and Sally Yates to list a few lied multiple times and nobody at the FBI or on the Mueller team seemed to care. 

Some of those lied to the FBI, some to Mueller, and some to Congress, but all of them lied to the American people and they have either been granted immunity or have no fear of being indicted.  How can that be?  The Mueller team was tainted from the start and when they assisted in the wiping clean of the cellphones of both Strzok and Page any credibility they had evaporated.  I guess what someone said about this is accurate.  They said, “Being a prominent Democrat means never having to say you are sorry because the rule of law does not apply to you, only to Republicans and the Trump team.”  There are never pre-drawn guns in a raid to arrest any Democrat only if there is the need or desire to dramatize the arrest of a person with any Trump connection.  I guess that being a Republican means you are a Domestic Terrorist and more dangerous than ISIS and the MS-13 gang members. 

The wannabe presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton while serving as Secretary of State engineered the sale of a significant portion of our uranium to the Russians with the side benefit of a $500,000 payday for Bill to give a 20-minute speech in Moscow and a $140 Million donation to the “Clinton Foundation.”  Basically, a donation to their foundation was a donation to the Clinton coffers as the facts and books reveal.  She also, through her legal team, paid a foreign national millions of dollars to compile a dossier enabling a foreign national and foreign governments to interfere with our elections trying to Stop Trump.  She used a ‘bathroom server’ illegally and incredibly unwisely as a cover to hide her activities and keep Congress in the dark.

When testifying before Congress and quizzed about the deaths of our people in Benghazi she said, “What difference does that now make?”  American lives appear to be meaningless to her and the trail of suicides and suspicious deaths of people with any potential dirt on the Clintons suggests that Al Capone has nothing on them.  None of the Democrats in this series of events has faced financial ruin, but virtually every Republican targeted has.  Their lives and careers have been destroyed but the Democrats have been rewarded financially and in their careers.  How is that not clear to everyone?

The lies by Comey, Brennan, and Clapper alone should have been enough to end the endless investigation of Robert Mueller but rather than ending it, there has been an escalation.  Why?  Because with every revelation of another Democrat operative being corrupt and violating numerous laws there must be some renewed and stepped up effort, to arrest a Trump associate.  Attention had to be diverted away from the Democrats and their corruption. 

How about the American voters electing an anti-Semitic Muslim Congresswoman who married her brother to commit immigration fraud?  Congresswoman Ilhan Omar won the seat vacated by Keith Ellison and Official School records support the claim that she married her brother in 2009.  They divorced in 2017 but the marriage was an apparent attempt to commit immigration and student loan fraud.  She claims that he is not her brother, but official archived high school records and other corroborating sources strongly support that Ahmed Nur Said Elmi is her brother.  That would implicate her in numerous state and federal felonies, but nothing is and likely nothing will be done to her.

The list of Democrats immune from prosecution is long and growing.  The list of Republicans indicted and under investigation is also growing.  Republicans in Congress and Mitch McConnell can I ask why you allow the Democrats to continue this travesty?  Why are you so docile and impotent?  Is it that you want to take Trump down and you really don’t care about what happens to our system of government or the Republic?  Are your position and power that important to you?

I would call to Drain the Swamp and Dismantle the Deep State but unless we clean house in Congress that would be a futile call.  America it is up to us and I only pray that we are not so far up the proverbial creek without a paddle that we cannot rectify this situation.  We can defeat this darkness but not by simply talking about it but by Prayer and Work!

I find it amusing and somewhat befuddling to observe the attacks of the Leftists on Howard Schultz.  The view him as a pariah in stark contrast to their view and relating to Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Warren Buffett and most of the other billionaires of the Left and some who claim to be on the right.  Why?  I am convinced as are many others that it is partly because he is unapologetic about his wealth and how he became wealthy.  The Left wants the billionaires to pretend to be repentant for being wealthy.  They want them to pretend to want to give back the lion’s share of their wealth.  They want them to set up foundations and pretend that their children will not inherit their wealth but will receive a token amount, which is beyond what most of us can even dream of acquiring.  They want them to support higher taxes on the wealthy, even though Congress provides loopholes for them and their shelters protect their fortunes. 

Howard Schultz grew up in government housing in New York.  This is not a statement of support for him or his political views, but he is an example of what can happen in America’s Free Market Capitalism.  He is anathema to the Democrats now because he does not fit their narrative that White Privilege keeps everyone but the wealthy ruling class from succeeding.  If you are a woman, black, or in other minorities and ethnic groups the system locks you out.  You have to be part of the ‘Ole Boy Network to reach that stratum of economic success and then you must be repentant of achieving your wealth. 

I don’t hate the rich or the poor and I refuse to envy those who have massive fortunes.  My life’s path has taken me down a road that was not conducive to amassing a great fortune.  My life has been one of Christian service, not fortune seeking.  I am not complaining or trying to make it sound as if I am better or worse than anyone, just making a statement.  I would not trade my life’s journey, it has been incredibly fulfilling.

For almost 100 years we have witnessed our American Social Order majorly transformed.  We are witnessing a social stratification that is very class conscious and the development and establishment of an Elitist Ruling Class.  That Ruling Class is actively waging war on America and Americans not in the classification.  The Ruling Class deems themselves the rightful heirs of all Power and Control and are worthy to Rule Us!  Below them, in their view, are the laborers who make our economy work and below that group are those have become totally dependent on the government for their sustenance.  In a very real sense, they have been enslaved by the Ruling Class and the corruption of politics. 

The Societal Elites have controlled our educational system, entertainment, media, and politics for decades.  The result of that indoctrination and propagandization has been to ‘dumb down’ our society to the point that millions are nothing more than docile sheep following their political shepherd wherever he/she wants them to go.  The indoctrination through our classrooms has instilled false hopes and false beliefs that are designed to quell debate stifle critical thinking.  The use of common sense and deductive reasoning are the mortal enemies of the Ruling Class. 

Some who have great wealth and those who embrace the ideological positions of the Liberal Leftists that make up the Ruling Class.  They have been brainwashed in the Universities of our nation by the Leftists and truly believe their positions are morally and intellectually superior to anything offered by those following a more biblical pathway or a conservative and constitutionalist view.  They recruit the naïve in the classrooms and after four or more years of indoctrination in the cocoon of University Safe Spaces, those recruits are released into society.  Many of them are nonfunctional because anything that dispels their views and challenges their positions are so unacceptable they want the view and the person removed from society. 

The price of admission into their Society is one must attack everything that is remotely biblical or constitutional.  Someone said, “The majority of those in the Ruling Class are mind-numbed and eternal adolescents hell-bent on pushing the boundaries of ethical and moral behavior and viewing all political and policy issues as a war between their side and their mortal enemies.”  Their mortal enemies are all of us who oppose the fundamental transformation of our Republic into a Socialist Oligarchy and stripping us of our Rights and Liberties.  They believe and are fighting to achieve an All-Powerful Central Government which controls every aspect of people’s lives.

I had a renewal of Hope in the 2016 Elections and saw the prospect and some evidence that America’s Sleeping Giant had been awakened.  That Giant was the average American citizen who had had enough of the Socialism and overreach of government to control and dominate as was experienced under Barack Obama.  In 2018, I came away from the Elections wondering if the 2016 Awakening was only a slight arousal and the deep sleep of political slumber had returned with the grip of apathy in full force.  I hope 2018 did not reflect that, but I am concerned. 

There was a time, in America, where threats and intimidation were not acceptable or laudable traits and activities.  However, in 2019 America those tactics commonly employed by the Left are deemed not only acceptable but praiseworthy.  They take no issue with the calls for assignations, and ethnic cleansing of white males and conservatives, and violence by the Left.  The Right hears the demands that we are supposed to be tolerant and inclusive in all but when we are attacked by the Leftist they insist that their attacks are justified.

The Power Elitists are obsessed with destroying Donald J. Trump.  I believe the reason is not Trump himself, but because of the fear the awakening of the average man and woman in America.  They not only hate him but any of us who voted for or supports him in any measure.  We, to them, are Public Enemy Number One!  Hillary called us “Deplorable” and Obama lamented calling us “Bitter Clingers.”  Bitter Clingers of what?  Our Bibles and our Guns as well as our Constitutional Rights. 

If the Republicans in Congress backed this president we could have seen a significant draining of the Swamp and the Deep State dismantled, at least marginally.  If we buy the Hate Trump rhetoric and accept their definition of who he is and what he stands for we will enable them to continue their war on America and achieve their desired Fundamental Transformation. 

All I ask is that you THINK and consider what is at stake.  How much are you willing to lose to prove some personal point regarding a political candidate you do not like?  I ask that those of you who pray to join me in interceding for the Republic and become involved.  The Future of the Republic is in our hands and the fate of the Nation is at stake.  Ignoring the War and allowing political apathy to prevail is destructive and counterproductive. 

I stand for Faith, Family, and Freedom.  I also know that there are no perfect candidates or politicians, therefore I must come to grips with the reality that no one person embodies all that I desire or American needs.  Together we can see our Republic preserved and return to our foundational moral moorings.   We can defeat this War and become the nation in which, all are recognized as being created equal and become a nation in which everyone can pursue Life, Liberty, and Happiness without undue restriction and regulation by the Federal Government.

I saw a recent poll, dated January 23, 2019, that suggested that American’s preferred Universal Healthcare 52-42 percent.  How can that be?  Have we reached a point in our society where personal greed and/or the desire for FREE STUFF tipped the needle in favor of Socialism in America?  Is that where we are?  Have we reached the point in America where people just take an idea that sounds good on paper and run with it without counting the costs and thinking things through?  Have we come reached the point where we are so interested in instant gratification that we are willing to plunge headlong into the abyss without evaluating the catastrophic result of that position?  Have we?

That poll was done by the Kaiser Family Health Foundation and I will guarantee they are not an unbiased and objective observer simply seeking factual information. They have a vested interest in the world of medicine and unless they see a way to build their bottom line they are not interested.  On paper, Socialism usually has some redeeming qualities but in practice, it fails miserably.  If one evaluates the basic philosophy of Socialism or Socialized anything that the government runs they find it is so flawed that even the most elementary use of logic decries its implementation. 

The argument that ‘healthcare is a fundamental right’ is a flawed argument.  Everyone has the right to seek whatever care they can get and/or afford but it is not a basic right that the government must provide.  I want no person, regardless of who they are, to suffer untreated or ill health.  However, just like everything else in life, there are things I cannot afford, so I do not have access to them.  How far do we go in the idea of Healthcare being a Basic Right?  Do we include cosmetic surgery?  After all, a person’s self-esteem may be logically tied to their appearance so to deny them coverage for a nose job, face lift, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, etc. would be detrimental to their mental and emotional state, right?  Therefore, it would be logical to say, Everything is Covered for Everyone!  At what cost?

I hate to be the one to burst the bubble of the “Free Stuff Crowd” but nothing is FREE!  How many countries of the world and despotic regimes must rise and fall before people understand the simple truth that Socialism always fails, and costs more than any society can afford.  When people realize that Socialism doesn’t just cost someone else but costs them too, they revolt, at least when they can.  However, if we allow the decline to reach a certain point it is irreversible and irrevocable, and the government becomes so powerful and tyrannical we are trapped under their boot heels.  I keep beating this drum of warning and hope to awaken some.  We need everyone to become involved in this effort of information and sounding the alarm.

Let me walk you through some of the poll questions and you decide how far down the tubes we might be. 

• Would you favor or oppose a national Medicare-for-all plan if you heard that it would guarantee health insurance as a right for all Americans?  That sounds so benevolent and righteous, I almost shouted, “Sign me up!”  But, then I am one who counts the cost, so I tapped the brakes and asked a few questions in my mind.  However, the poll reflected that 71% said Favor and 27% Oppose. 
• Would you favor or oppose a national Medicare-for-all plan if it eliminated all health insurance premiums and reduced all out-of-pocket costs?   Hey, where do I sign up, right?  Again, the poll reflected that 67% Favored and 30% Opposed.  How can it not be 100% on that basis?  Wait, I know, the 30 percenters probably asked the same questions I’ve been asking about costs.
• Since a Medicare-for-all plan would eliminate all private insurance would you favor or oppose it?  Again, for whatever root reason, 58% said Favor and 37% Oppose.  Maybe it is because many people believe that to get Private Insurance you must actually have a job and work. 
• Since the Medicare-for-all plan will cost you a bundle more in taxes, do you still favor or oppose it?  I can only surmise that the reason for the huge percentile favoring this must mean that most of them do not pay taxes now and would pay none under this plan.  There were 60% in Favor and 37% Opposed.
• Changing to this System or Plan would likely do great damage if not total destruction to the Medicare now being used by Seniors do you Favor or Oppose this move?  I guess it means, “Who Cares?” because 60% Favored and only 26% Opposed.

I cannot fathom how anyone who actually works and pays taxes would favor such a costly but apparently, a significant percentage of Americans do.  I cannot believe that people, who actually think and investigate would not realize that “Everything” and I do mean “Everything” comes at a price and requires a trade-off somewhere or in something.  You must give up something to get something.  Maybe they can make real ice cream, loaded with real sugar that has zero calories and we can eat as much as we want with no negative effects.  That makes about as much sense as the Medicare-For-All Plan of the Democrats.  Wake Up America!

Universal Healthcare is not excluded from a Life Truth that everything comes down to basic personal choices, cost-benefit evaluations, trade-offs.  With the millions of illegals in this country who will be included the cost burden on taxpaying Americans is greatly increased.  When you couple that with the millions who could work but won’t because our system allows them to be free-loaders the cost is astronomical.  The few of us who pay taxes will carry the burden for those everyone.  The Democrats are not telling the truth about the cost or how it will be paid for unless they slip and spill the beans.  One prominent Democrat let the cat out of the bag saying, “The billions in premiums now being paid will offset the cost.” 

Who pays for Universal Healthcare and Medicare-For-All?  We do!  That is, those of us who pay taxes.  Those who know how to game the system will get wealthy in the process.  Who pays?  The Middle Class not the super wealthy because the politicians and the wealthy know how to and can afford the loopholes.  The Middle Class, not the slackers who could work but won’t because the Welfare and Entitlement System allows them to enjoy their lifestyles without contributing.  Does that still sound like something you long for?  I have not touched on the delayed, diminished, and denied care that is part and parcel of this type of system.  I have not touched on the requirement to know someone or have connections to get a proper appointment with the physician you desire and need to see. 

Once again, I ask, “Have we lost our collective minds?”  Keep voting for the Leftist Socialist Democrats and RINO Republicans and we will witness the fruit of our misguided actions and continue to pay the penalty for our foolishness.  It is my position and view that we need Conservative, Constitutionalist in Washington at every level and in every office.  We also need them on the Supreme Court and the lower courts.  We need them in every department and agency of the government.  We need to see a restoration of Logic, Reason, Critical Thinking, and Common Sense as well as a return to our moral moorings and founding principles.

I bring this up not as a diversion away from the many events in Washingon, D.C. today but because of the insane push of the Democrats toward Socialism. Most of the Democrats who have thrown their hat in the ring to run for President in 2020 want between 70 & 90% increases in the tax rate. That alone should cause them to be defeated but it seems that millions are buying the rhetoric and ingesting the diatribe. How that is possible is still beyond me, but we see it every day.

The Democrats, in unison, echo the rant that the Trump Tax Cuts were tax cuts for the Rich or Super Rich and not the middle class or common man.  Are they right?  They decried the bonuses received by the average working American taxpayer were simply token crumbs, not real benefits.  I don’t know about you, but a thousand dollars is not crumbs for me, but then I am not, as are most in Congress, rich.

The rhetoric and spin that the Tax Cuts will explode the deficit and cripple our government is the Democrat staple.  Is that correct?  If you honestly examine the statistical data and the history of real tax cuts you find something quite the opposite.  Tax cuts were understood by Presidents John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan as being means to spur the economy and were proven to increase federal revenue not decrease it.  That is an inconvenient truth that most Democratic politicians refuse to admit, and their followers mindlessly parrot their words rather than examining the facts.

I saw a report by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) which revealed that federal income taxes were $76 BILLION higher in the first half of 2018 than they were in 2017.  The U.S. Treasury Department has acknowledged that the expectation of an increase in federal revenues will continue to exceed revenue from 2017.  Both those reports are interesting and beneficial in examining the Tax Cuts and who they benefit. 

I hear many on the Left lament the $1 TRILLION deficit and I join them in decrying any such deficit.  However, you cannot lay the entire blame at the feet of President Donald J. Trump, for the programs and entitlements demanded by the Democrats and too many Republicans are to blame.  If we forget that the National Debt doubled under Barack Obama, we ignore the truth and forget the impact upon the budgetary process for years to come.  However, the Democrats refuse to lay any blame at the feet of former president Obama but seek to place the total blame on Trump.  That is dishonest at best and diabolical at worst.

Our massive debt and deficit is not the result of the Tax Cuts but the propensity of Congress to spend and the profligate spending demanded by Congress.  Tax Cuts increase federal revenue rather than creating a deficit.  On the other hand, Medicare for All or Universal Health Care would increase the debt by about $31 TRILLION over ten years and would annually add over $3 TRILLION to the deficit.  How can one argue for Universal Single-Payer Healthcare that carries that kind of price tag and reject Tax Cuts that benefit every American and increases federal revenue?  Only if you are blindly following the rhetoric of the Left. 

Another consideration is that the increased federal income tax revenue touches only those Americans who pay taxes.  Those on the government dole and pay no taxes are not impacted by the Tax Cuts and therefore argue that the Tax Cuts are for the Rich.  No, the Rich benefitted less from the Tax Cuts than the Middle-Class and all Working Americans. 

If we use the IRS data from 2015, an Obama year, the latest information available from the IRS.  The report reveals that the top 1% of wage earners made about 21% of the nation’s income but paid 39% of all federal income taxes.  They paid more federal income taxes than the bottom 90% of wage earners who paid approximately 29.4% of the federal income taxes.  Isn’t that a bit disproportional?  If we take this a step further we find that in 2015, the top 50% of wage earners paid 97.2% of all federal income taxes.  The top 1% had a tax rate of 27% and the bottom 50% had an effective tax rate of less than 4%.  Isn’t that a bit disproportional?

The Trump Tax Cuts lowered the Corporate Income Tax Rate from 35% to 21%.  The Democrats claim that is simply a Tax Cut for the rich and must be reversed.  I remind everyone that Corporations do not pay taxes!  Corporations are simply legal fictions and do not pay taxes, people do.  If a tax is levied on a corporation, it will likely result in the increase in the price of the product, goods or service.  It could and probably will result in the layoff of workers and lower dividends to the shareholders.  Politicians love ignorance on the part of voters because it allows them to perpetuate their fabrication and engender the hatred for anyone having money.

I’ve heard it illustrated many times using the following analogy.  Suppose a politician came to you and said, “I’m not going to tax you but I’m going to tax your land or property.”  Who are they taxing?  Not the land because land is an inanimate object and pays no taxes.  Who pays?  The owners of that property or YOU! 

This is another reason that I support a Flat or Fair Tax system.  Everyone would then have skin in the game.  Of course, there would be a threshold below which there would be no taxes but for the most part, everyone would pay a proportional share and have skin in the game.  In that system, the Internal Revenue Service would virtually become obsolete rather than being a weapon to use for political purposes.  It would still exist but the savings to the American Tax Payer would be enormous.  It would reduce the cost of filing your taxes and reduce the paperwork for the IRS.  Those two things alone would generate more revenue for the federal government. 

If you and I have more money in our pockets we tend to spend more and more spending is beneficial for the economy.  That is spending that is not debt-laden or debt generating.  If we have more disposable money and spend it EVERYBODY BENEFITS!
