BARACK OBAMA HAD GIVEN NEW MEANING TO THE PHRASE – “WE ARE ONE”

            There have been times when the American people stood “As One” against enemies of liberty and freedom and prevailed.  There was a time in this nation when the common thread that ran through our society and even our government was that of a unified desire to do what was right and best for this nation while following the “rule of law” and the “constitution.”  That day has vanished with the Obama Administration and the phrase “We Are One” is applicable to them but not to the rest of us.  They are ONE in the truest sense of the word and we, who are conservative, law-abiding, followers of the Constitution, and patriots are considered “Enemies of the State” by this administration.

             I am convinced that Lois Learner did not develop a hatred for the Tea Party, Jews, and Conservative groups once she assumed her position in the IRS, I believe she arrived at that position with that ideology firmly intact.  Susan Rice did not develop her willingness to spin falsehoods for the administration regarding Benghazi at the behest of Barack Obama she assumed her position because of her ideology.  It is an ideology firmly entrenched in Obama’s psyche and core belief system.  Samantha Power did not develop her disdain for Israel and the Constitution once she was placed in the position she held and holds by this administration because of her beliefs and those of her husband, Cass Sunstein.   Van Jones was chosen because of his ideology, as well as every other appointee of this President.  They are “Peas in a Pod” and “Ideologically Inseparable.”  Obama does not have to give them a directive to target the Tea Party, Jewish Groups, or Conservatives they know what he believes, believe the same and know that he will have their back, if at all possible.  Eric Holder and Barack Obama share the same ideology and Mr. Holder knows that Obama will back him and if worse comes to worse Obama will pardon him should he be indicted and convicted of anything.

            Sadly, today the left and the Democrats have become so in tune with the political ideology of Socialism, Marxism, Big Government, and the destruction of the American Constitution and National Sovereignty that when you see or hear one you hear Barack Obama.  They are willing to deny any and all truth to push their agenda.  They will scheme, connive, cover-up, stonewall, distort, divert, and divide whenever they can to accomplish their political and ideological purposes.  They do not love America as was founded and has been enjoyed for over 200 years.  They want a Totally Dominant Federal Government that controls every aspect of the lives of the citizenry.  They, being the ruling class of elites, will be exempt from the very laws that they write but not so for the rest of us.  They gave us Obamacare but are exempt. They are apologist for the unimaginable actions of the IRS and accuse those victimized of being the problem not the predatory agency that is advancing Obama’s agenda.  It would be akin to telling a rape victim that she was the blame for the attack for whatever reason.  No, the rapist is to blame and should be held accountable and so should the IRS.  I agree with Ted Cruz and others who seek to abolish the IRS and replace it was a “Flat Tax”, “Fair Tax” or “Consumption Tax” whatever you want to call it where there is no need for this massive rogue agency that has the power to literally destroy lives and businesses at will.

             Barack Obama’s administration has given new meaning to the phrase “We Are One” in that it identifies not only do “birds of a feather flock together” but that they are ALL THE SAME!  They drink at the same fountain of ideological thought. They live at the same address of ideological thought. They work at the same job of ideological thought. They live, breathe, eat, and sleep the destruction of America as we know her and replacing it with a Totally Dominant Federal Government that has complete control.

            We have the “Death Panel of One” identified as the U.S. Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius in denying a 10-year-old a lung transplant and said, “Some live and some die.”  So much for being the Party of Compassion as the Democrats like to identify themselves!  If you examine the various and sundry things that have transpired under this administration’s watch you would wonder if the Democrat Party values anything except their Political Agenda and Place.  They remind me of the Sanhedrin when discussing what to do about Jesus when they said, “If we don’t do something the Romans will come and take our nation and our PLACE.”  They were concerned about their POSITION not the nation or anyone or anything else and that is what I see in today’s politicians. 

             America is in trouble and needs our help.  The only question is are we willing to give her the help she needs and deserves?  Will we, as patriots of old, rise to the occasion and do what is required to preserve our Freedom and Liberty?  Are we willing to go the distance for our nation?  I am and hope that you are as well.  Exactly what that will require is yet to be determined so my stance is that I am interceding for this nation, working diligently to put and keep pressure on the elected officials, and informing as many as possible of what is happening and at stake.  Is that enough?  Probably not but it is what I feel directed to do at this time.  That being said, I am willing to sacrifice all for my God, my family, and my nation.

THIN SKINNED, TIGHT LIPPED BUT NO ACTION PRESIDENT….

            Honestly, I have been amazed at how “thin skinned” Barack Obama is and how easily he is irritated when things do not go his way.  He reminds me of a “spoiled child” in the way he reacts to criticism, questions that challenge his actions, words, or ideology, and resistance by members of Congress, Talk Radio, or the media.  If you want to get a “childish response” just dare to question him about anything that he believes will make him look bad or questions his political ideology.  He wants civility from everyone on the right but does not seek to tone down the assault from himself or anyone on the left.  He will become vocal in a millisecond when there is anything he doesn’t like from or on the right but let the left engage in misrepresentation, spin, and political rhetoric and he is suddenly mute and doesn’t want to get involved or interfere with some process.  The double standard is not just stunning it is so plain that a sightless person could see it.

            Likewise, he is “tight lipped” when it comes to what we know regarding terrorist.  He seeks to intimidate those who have “inside information” about any situation or investigation.  He is more than “tight lipped” when it comes to divulging his personal records, college transcripts, associations with various special interest groups and former domestic terrorist.  Yet, he continually declares that he is the most transparent President we have ever had.  I don’t think the man is delusional as that kind of statement and his rhetoric would indicate.  I think he knows exactly what he is doing or not doing and it is purposeful and with malice and forethought.  That would mean that I am suggesting that this President is knowingly in violation of Federal Law and in direct conflict with the Constitution of these United States of America.  That, to me, is more than disturbing but even more disturbing is that millions either do not see it or refuse to believe it and the Congress has no stomach for the dirty task of holding him accountable.  They fear the media, the left, and special interest groups that would be upset by that action.

            Mr. Obama’s administration is apparently, according to a recent report, sitting on information regarding Benghazi.  I am not talking about the ongoing investigation that is so obvious that they are obstructing justice and stonewalling the investigation.  I am referring to a report that they have identified the “Mastermind of the Benghazi Attack” and he is walking around footloose and fancy free in Libya with not concern that we are going to do anything to apprehend him.  That information has come from several sources, all anonymous but from supposedly “high ranking” officials in the CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, and the administration.  They have to be anonymous because if their identity was leaked they would be immediate targets for slander and recrimination if not vengeance by this administration and the Depart of Justice or Injustice whichever you prefer.

            The report from those sources said that the reason for “inaction” or “no action” was Mr. Obama is afraid of “upsetting” the wrong people.  One special operator, who had seen the video in real time, said that there is general frustration in the intelligence community and the military over the lack of response by this President.  That individual said, “We have all the capability, all the training, all the capacity, to kill and capture not only terrorists involved, with the specific events of 9/11, and Ambassador Stevens’ death, but terrorist that are feeding other regions including Europe that could eventually affect our national security in the short term and we’re not talking midterm or long-term, this is short-term.  It is a daily frustration.”

            We know that Libya is one of the largest terrorist havens in the world and is growing in Libya and North Africa but this administration worries about offending the Muslims so “no action” is taken.  Benghazi is second only to Saudi Arabia in the number of foreign fighters it houses.  It does not take a rocket scientist to know that if we continue to “ignore” the situation as we have in so many others and delay, delay, delay, deny, deny, deny and prove to be indecisive and incapable of responding in a definitive manner it will lead to further and future attacks on Americans and American entities.  This administration has falsely claimed that we are actively engaged in finding and destroying the more than 20,000 shoulder-launched missiles called MANPADS in the region but operatives there state that they are not allowed to take or destroy any of those weapons because those up the chain of command are sitting on their hands.  Some have noted that in the field they regularly come across SA-7’s.  What will it take to move this administration off the dime and get definitive action?  Will we have to lose a huge commercial airliner or something of the like?  One would have to question if that would get action from the “no action” President?

            The world is watching our every move and those that hate us and want to destroy this nation are becoming more and more embolden with each passing event in which there is “no action” or “wrong action.”  They will soon reach the point where they have “zero fear” of any response by this administration, if they are not already there and LOOK OUT because it will get ugly.  I have little doubt that if they wanted to sneak nuclear weapons into America they could with the lack of real security, the porousness of the borders and the failure of this administration to act on credible information and intelligence.  That could and will be catastrophic for our nation and our people and yet I have many tell me that I should not be critical of this administration because in doing so I am being divisive.  I have to ask, “What exactly is this administration doing that is not divisive?”  The President’s political posturing and strategy seems to be “divisiveness.”  He seeks to “divide and conquer” and is constantly in the attack mode when he is not partying, vacationing, and playing another round of golf.

            Yes, Barack Obama is the most “thin skinned”, “tight lipped”, and the ultimate in “no action” Presidents in American history.  If America is to have any hope of recovery he must be exposed and held accountable.  Will that happen?  You tell me for we’ve had almost five years of this and he has been given a free pass and likely will for another 3 plus years.

THE MATTER OF INTEGRITY AND GOVERNMENT….

            The Nobel Prize winning French philosopher and novelist, Albert Camus is quoted as saying – “Integrity has no need of rules.”  That is a truism even if his politics and philosophy might be questionable on many fronts.  Sometimes truths have a way of surfacing in the strangest of places.  I believe that quote could be readily applied to our government.  If the government or those in government demonstrated and possessed INTEGRITY we the American people would have no need to hold them accountable to the Rule of Law because inherently they would seek to do the right thing all the time and every time.  Sadly, that is not the case in politicians or even in most of us.  Oh, many have integrity on most things but there are occasions when “How does that affect me?” takes priority over “What is right?”  Thus the need for rules!

            Robert Fulghum said – “It doesn’t matter what you say you believe – it only matters what you do.”  That is a mouth full and something that most politicians, this President, and those in the public eye seem to have forgotten.  Many of them live and act as if WE THE PEOPLE were either dumb or blind and what they do openly not to mention behind closed doors, is an absolute indicator of what they really believe.  I can claim to believe in God and be a Christian but if my life belies my profession of faith, most would conclude that I neither believe nor am a Christian.  What I do speaks so loudly that what I say cannot be heard or is dismissed as being of little consequence.

            Bill Gothard founder of the Institute of Basic Life Principles said, “What we allow in moderation our children will do in excess.”  I’ve found that to be true more often than not.  No wonder the Bible says in Proverbs 22:6 – “Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it.” NASU Sadly, too often we as parents have abdicated our responsibility to “train up our children” and allowed the public institutions such as the schools and colleges to instill in their hearts and minds a political ideology that is foreign to the Bible, basic moral and American principles.  Mr. Flughum also said – “Don’t worry that children never listen to you; worry that they are always watching you.”  I have heard all my life regarding children, – “Little pitchers have big ears”, meaning that children hear and see everything and mimic what they see the influential adults in their lives doing.  If they see us do it, and we are influential in their lives, they believe that it is not only acceptable but often desirable and adopt it into their lives.  No wonder Jesus said that to offend one of the little ones would be a serious offense in the eyes of God.  We are responsible to train up the next generation to become productive members of society and should be instilling in them principles of integrity and honesty.  Sadly, if the little ones and even the not so little youth of our day are observant of politics they are being deluded with a message that finds itself almost totally void of any shred of integrity.  The end justifies the means is deemed acceptable and even desirable and integrity is of little value or significance.

            The political tone of Washington today displays anything but a core principle of integrity, and that is not the America that many of us grew up in.  Our parents and grandparents members of the ‘Greatest Generation’ viewed integrity as essential and never optional.  Today, we live in a Jonathan Livingstone Seagull world of “never let a crisis go to waste” and one that believes that it is okay to lie, distort, and misrepresent so long as it serves the purpose of moving your agenda and ideology forward because after all your view is obviously the right one, at least to you.  I frequently wonder what our Founding Fathers would think of our political world today.  I believe I know but since I cannot ask them I would only be speculating so I won’t go there. 

             Proverbs 27:2 tells us, “Let someone else praise you, not your own mouth – a stranger, not your own lips.”  If that were somehow applied and could become the rule for politicians they would have little to say.  So many exhibit all the classical symptoms of paranoid narcissism that they seem to be so self-absorbed that they cannot and will not listen to or examine the merits of anyone’s view but their own.  The President is most assuredly one of that number but to be fair so are most of those in Washington.

             America once had politicians and the core principle in our society was that of INTEGRITY.  Today, I cannot say that I see that or believe that is the guiding principle governmentally, commercially, socially, and sometimes religiously.  The thin skinned politicians react to truth about themselves often in a very vindictive manner and seek to destroy those that differ with them or speak truth about them.  I am reminded of the words of Benjamin Franklin – “’Tis great confidence in a friend to tell him your faults, greater to tell him his.”  Do that with politicians and you have made an enemy for life and one that he/she will seek to destroy. 

             We need INTEGRITY in politics and in life if we are going to return to being the Great Nation that our Founding Fathers gave us and we enjoyed for over 200 years before the current mentality became the predominant mentality and ideology.  America let’s work to return to what we were in principle and move forward with the advancements and technology available today.  America can be great again and God can bless America again.

POLITICS AND FAITH……

(The Bible and Our Founding Fathers understood Life is Life.)

            For the past few days I have been on somewhat of a spiritual retreat where I had almost no contact with the internet and various social media outlets.  My reason for this retreat was the “sickness” I sensed rising in my heart over the condition of the world, our nation, the church, and politics.  I wanted to “Hear from God” what He would have me say and do as a Christian and an American.  I needed clarification as to my purpose and assurance that what I felt compelled to do was what He desired for my life.  During this time of deep soul searching and crying out to the Lord my heart has been stirred greatly and my understanding illuminated giving me a clear sense of direction and purpose.  It is with that I write today and hopefully lay a foundation upon which to build in the days to follow.

             Over the Weekend, I talked to several friends, who are Christians, and shared with them what I was sensing in my heart, mind, and spirit as the purposes of God for my life and told them what I planned to write.  I received as many different responses as people, which was not surprising although one in particular caused me to rethink what I had initially planned to say.  Some felt I was not going far enough, some that I had gone too far, and one said that I should take into consideration “Separation of Church and State” and focus on the fact that, in his words, Jesus forbade Christians from talking about politics.  He could give me no chapter and verse to support that statement other than a few verses he used as “stand alone passages” yet when you take them in context and light of the entire biblical Message of Christ fail to hold up. 

             The idea of “Separation of Church and State” is a misapplied definition that supposes our Founding Fathers did not want “Faith” to have any role or place in politics.  The actual reading of the First Amendment is “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”  That is not a statement to “ban” religion and faith from politics but that the United States Government WILL NOT, establish a STATE CHURCH and place it above all other religions.  If you read the writings of our Founders you will find that many of them were “clergymen”, many were profoundly “religious” espousing and expressing their faith and calling for the involvement of “faith” in all matters of political discussion.  It was not that they wanted to alienate or eliminate God from politics rather they wanted to ban the Government from establishing a State Church as was the situation in England.  They wanted to protect “religious freedom” not discard, deny, or disrupt it.

             I am convinced that what is happening in Washington is a symptom of what we have allowed and are allowing in the church, society, and our personal lives.  We have not exhibited the righteousness and power of God.   We have fallen prey to political correctness and allowed ourselves to be silenced while evil has been called good and good called evil.  We have been silent in things God calls sin and abomination.  We’ve claimed tolerance and many have contended that we should not speak out on matters of politics even when some of those matters are direct assaults against what God’s word declares.  It is time that we return to our first love and not just proclaim the Word but demonstrate it!  That means we get our hands dirty, speak up and out on things that some mistakenly believe we are not to speak on.  We must become people who are wise as serpents and harmless as doves. We must set our faces like flints and determine that nothing short of God’s rule in our lives is acceptable.  We must, by our lives and words, bring God’s power and love into our world and yes that means spiritually, relationally, economically, and politically.  We are not cats with nine lives or compartmentalized lives we have we have A LIFE.  So it is imperative that we LIVE THAT LIFE in all its phases and facets!

             Some insist that “Religion” or “Faith” should have no voice in politics and I must ask, “How Can That Be?”  I have learned that WHAT I BELIEVE determines my actions and involvement in business, relationships, and ministry. So HOW is it possible that “faith” would not be or should not be present in the political?  MY LIFE is driven by the principles and purpose derived from the “Foundation of my Faith.”  I cannot check my faith at the door when I enter the “voting booth” or engage in a discussion that involves politics.  IT IS WHO and WHAT I AM.  I am a Christian, a husband, a father, an American, and a Texan.  My ancestry is heavily Scottish-Irish with a mixture of Cherokee. I choose not to be identified by some hyphenated distinction because I am a “human being” who was born in the United States of America naturally and into the Kingdom and Family of God supernaturally.  I AM WHO I AM by the Grace of God and WHO I AM is visible in ALL I DO and SAY!  I cannot “compartmentalize” my life into differing segments because each part touches every other part and I am the SUM TOTAL of all the parts.

             We are in difficult times in our world and it is my firm conviction that while we have turned a blind eye and deaf ear to many things that would fall into the category of “calling evil good and good evil” we no longer have that luxury.  The time has come when God has drawn a line in the sand and we must STAND FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE and WHAT HE HAS DECLARED no matter how that affects politics, business, or anything else.  We must stop the senseless slaughter of the unborn, the blatant attack on Christianity, and the drive to enslave people infringing upon their God-given unalienable rights and liberties.  If we hope to win as many as possible for the cause of the Kingdom of God WE MUST live lives that are harmonious to the revealed Word and Will of God.  We must be willing to make difficult and unpopular choices to speak out and stand against things that many, even in the church, believe are private matters or political matters that are off limits to believers.  Instead of a discussion on the right for a woman to have an abortion maybe we should discuss the right of the unborn to be adopted into a home that loves and wants them.  In politics I’m more interested in principle (based on the Bible, the Constitution, and Morality) than I am party affiliation.  It is not politics that makes me sick it is the politicians who engage in politics and do everything for political purposes.

             I love God, my Family, and my Country and will do all I can for each up to and including giving my life if need be.  It has been reaffirmed in my heart that I am to carefully listen to the voice of my heart as the Spirit of God speaks, the Bible, and perform my calling to be a “Watchman on the Wall” warning of evil and wickedness.  So as you face the future please face it with a Hope that is in Christ and a Commitment that is absolute to God, Family, and Country.

JIHADIST – – We Must Match Their Commitment….

            I say that to us as a nation and to those who are followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.  If we do not “match” their commitment and dedication to what they believe and stand for, we are “doomed.”  I say that simply because a person that is ideologically and religiously driven to achieve something to the point that they are willing to die for their cause will usually win over people who are not equally committed.  If we allow ourselves to grow complacent and lax in our commitment to this nation, our freedom, and our faith we will be overcome and that is borne out in Scripture and history.

             It does not matter if we believe that the Muslim religion is a valid religion or not, they do!  It does not matter that we believe theirs is a false god, they don’t!  It does not matter if we believe that the Muslim religion is a religion of peace, many within it do not.  In fact when surveyed, 30-40% of all Muslims in Muslim countries believe that “suicide bombings” are okay to achieve the Islamic goal.  If that does not disturb you then you cannot be disturbed.  I’m not talking about a poll or survey of Americans I’m talking about “Mainstream Muslims” in Muslim ruled countries.  The vast majority expressed a belief that Sharia Law was the right path for not only their nation but the world.  So, when you have the Radical Jihadist supported by the “so-called” moderate and peaceful Muslims in their efforts for world domination and imposition of Sharia Law on the world you have a “powder key” waiting to explode and it will explode, especially if they do not see “in us” an equal commitment to our way of life, nation, freedom, and faith. 

             Political Correctness will get us killed and our nation overrun.  Political Correctness will not stem the tide of “Islamic Terrorism” that is and will be in the world.  Political Correctness will only hinder us from the diligent and committed pursuit of Freedom and Faith.  It will be labeled Islamaphobic and in the not too distant future will be presented by the Department of Justice as a “hate crime” and even speaking out against Islamic Terrorism will result in prosecution or worse being turned over to the Jihadist for prosecution under their Sharia Law.  Yes, I mean here in America!  I know, I know – some are saying “Never happen here.”  Sadly, it already is on so many fronts and has already been evidenced in Mr. Obama’s way of handling events in the military regarding Muslims and Islam.  So before you dismiss that statement you might want to consider the possibilities and how grave that really is.

             As for me, if they or anyone kills me they have accomplished nothing for I will just go home to be with the Lord and spend eternity in the presence of my Lord.  That would simply mean an early exit from this planet.  However, for America, the Free World, and multiplied millions that are not followers of the Lord Jesus Christ that would mean the most horrific time that the world has ever known and Hitler and Nazi Germany would pale in comparison and I do not mean to lessen the horror of that time.  It was birthed from the very pit of hell and was unadulterated evil to the nth degree.

 I want to bring your attention to a few of passages from the Bible:

 Matthew 10:16-23 – Read it all but I will highlight one two verses 21-22 – “Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death.  22 “You will be hated by all because of My name, but it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved.” NASU

 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 – Again I encourage you to read it all but let me highlight verse 3-4 – “Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.”   And verse 7-10 – “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way. 8 Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming; 9 that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, 10 and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved.” NASU

 Revelation 20:4 – “Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” NASU

             The Jihadist have a singular goal and that is to either have the Muslim religion dominate the World with a Solitary World Leader who is Muslim imposing Sharia Law on everyone or die trying to achieve that end.  There is no middle ground or compromise in their ideology or commitment.  The real question for America and those living in the Free World is “Are We Equally Committed or our Freedom, Nation, and God?”   If the answer is not 100% affirmative then we are in more than a little trouble and the days of a Free Constitutional America are numbered.  If you are not TOTALLY COMMITTED to God and Freedom then you might want to take the advice of the author of “The End of America”, John Price and seek to find another country that is not filled with Muslims and thereby buy yourself a little time.  I do not feel that God would have me pull up stakes and run because I believe He wants me to stand against evil wherever I find it and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ as long as I can.  I am vocal on many fronts and not shy about my faith or my love for this nation and freedom.  I know who I have believed and am persuaded that He can keep that which I have committed to Him against that day.  I TRUST GOD and that does not mean I have to become a doormat and not resist any assault on my nation, my freedom, and my faith.  I can RESIST.  I will RESIST.  I do RESIST. 

             My commitment is “to death” if need be and I ask, “Who stands with me?”  If we do not become equally committed as are the Jihadist we are already defeated.  I will not allow Congress, the President, public sentiment, or pressure from other Christians and Preachers delude or weaken my commitment to God and Freedom.  I am as committed as the Jihadist only I will not resort to criminal and immoral actions that slaughter innocent victims as has been the case in ‘every terrorist act.’  That being said, I WILL RESIST!

             May God be with you as you pursue Him and Freedom and may God bless America again!

THIS ADMINISTRATION’S ISLAM POLICY IS TOTALLY FLAWED….

            Barack Obama is either “ignorant”, in “denial”, or blatantly engaged in a “conspiratorial coalition” regarding Islam or all three.  I have not fully decided what I think on that front but I know the current politically correct way of dealing with Islam is putting the United States of America and Americans, if not the entire world in “grave danger.”  It is a disaster waiting to happen and anyone who believes that “making apologetic speeches”, kowtowing to the wishes of Islamic interests, or forcing everyone in America and other parts of the world to appease them will produce positive results is “smoking something illegal.”  That is a very flawed mentality because they are not driven by what we do as much as they are by what they believe.

             Dr. Gabriel in “Islam and Terrorism” quoted Mawlana Abul Ala Mawudi – “Muslim nations are very special because they have a command from Allah to rule the entire world and be over every nation of the world.”  Does that sound like a passive, moderate, tolerant people or religion?  HARDLY!  The Jihadists’ have an unshakable commitment and desire to “rule the world” and believe that it is a direct command via their prophet from Allah, so nothing we do will shake that commitment.  They view us as the “prime target” for their assault because the fully believe, and rightly so, that if they can topple America they can topple the rest of the world with little difficulty.  The economic impact of a toppled America means little to them because they would either live in the caves of Pakistan and Afghanistan or live lives of meager sustenance believing that they had done god a service in destroying us.  Therefore, hardship for them would be meaningless.  Some have suggested that they would never engage in a total assault on the U.S.A. because to do so with “nukes” would kill fellow Muslims but remember there were Muslims in the Twin Towers on 9/11 and per their Koran it is okay to kill other Muslims if they are living in the land of the infidel.  Their mentality is warped by their religious beliefs and have a deeper commitment to their core beliefs than most Christians in the U.S.A. exhibit for their cause.  It is far deeper and more radical than most believe and by saying what I have and will I will be called an Islamaphobe and I really don’t care, I have a warning that is valid and must be issued.

             I realize that some who read this may not follow the Bible but there is an overlap between Bible prophecy and Muslim prophecies and it further solidifies what I am saying about their “core beliefs” and why they do what they do and why what we do is of little consequence in their actions.  Let’s consider some of them with regard to the coming of the Antichrist and the Muslim prediction of the coming Mahdi:

  •  Both are to be religious and governmental leaders, who lead military campaigns, in an attempt to conquer the nations of the earth, and usher in a new world order.
  • Both will lead the world to worship them in a universal world religion.  Those who don’t worship the new world religious leader will be decapitated.
  • Both will seek to kill as many Jews and Christians as possible.
  • Both will change the laws and the times (calendars).
  • Both will make a peace treaty with Israel for seven years.
  • Both will go to Jerusalem – The Antichrist will rule from Israel’s Temple and the Muslim Mahdi will establish Islamic Caliphate from the Temple Mount.

           If you recall Muhammad Ahmadinejad in 2006 called for the Caliphate to be restored, and to rule over the entire world.  He said, “…the return of the Shiite messiah, the Mahdi, is not far away, and Muslims must prepare for it.  We must prepare ourselves to rule the world and the only way to do that is to put forth views on the basis of the Expectation of the return of the Mahdi.”

             For Mr. Obama to continually declare that the United States is “not at war with Islam and will never be” falls on deaf ears because they don’t care.  They are at war with us and view his statements as weakness on the part of America and her people.  It doesn’t matter if they view him as one of them or not, it is you and I that they view as weak because there was not a protest from Congress or the People that stopped him.  After all he is now in his 2nd term and that screams to the Muslim world that we are weak.  They are preparing to rule the world and killing Americans is one of their top priorities.  That is why we MUST stop this insanity of tiptoeing around the truth about Islamic Terrorism and take steps to deal with it and deal with it proactively. 

             Almost forty years ago, I told numerous congregations that the only way I saw for the Book of Revelation to become reality was for the United States and the Soviet Union to cease to be superpowers.  The Soviet Union is no more, although Russia exists but not with the same might as her former self and I know in my heart from my study of Scripture that this nation of ours will one day topple.  I don’t know if that will be from attack by external forces of if it will be an internal collapse but the hindering force of the United States against a Muslim takeover and implementation of Sharia Law will one day no longer hinder.  That being said, I’m not willing to sit idly by and watch it happen.  I will use every means available to stand against it. Today, I’m using my 1st Amendment Rights and SPEAKING OUT.  What will need to happen down the road, I don’t know but for now I AM SOUNDING THE WARNING!  Wake Up America!

21st CENTURY AMERICA

            I lived more than half of the 20th century, growing up during the sexual revolution, and hippies.  I am a veteran of the Vietnam War or conflict whichever you choose, for those of us there it was war.  I watched the Civil Rights Movement the Kennedy assignation and many other things some good and some not so good in the past century.  As the 21st century blossomed on the horizon we had the horrendous events of 9/11, wars in Afghanistan and Iraq not to mention the other conflicts that have erupted around the globe.  We’ve seen numerous mass shootings, some from deranged individuals and one at Fort Hood, Texas where a Muslim extremist murdered a host of people and wounded others.  Now, we have the latest terrorist act in Boston with the murder of three and the wounding of over 170 others.  Our world has changed dramatically since I discovered America before the mid-point of the last century.

             When I was growing up in rural East Texas hardly anyone locked the doors to their homes or the automobiles and there was little concern about theft.  Neighbors watched out for each other, knew each other, and helped each other unlike today where people live in communities and barely know their next door neighbors much less watch out for them and help them.  In the public schools that we attended the teachers were able to administer corporal punishment and if they called the parents about an issue the parents did not automatically take a defensive posture against the school and threaten lawsuits.  Truthfully, if disciplined at school I received even more discipline when I got home.  My parents informed us that misbehavior would not be tolerated and would be practiced with a severe penalty and I managed to discover first hand that they meant it.

             We grew up poor by most standards but never considered ourselves disadvantaged because of the work ethic and pride of our parents and grandparents.  They, as did most, believed that you should earn what you received.  I’m not saying that everyone on government subsistence today has no work ethic or pride but many do not.  Some have become professional, career welfare recipients and have raised a generation or two of the same and it is destroying this nation and propelling us into a condition that spells doom.

             Vietnam was not a popular war and I won’t get into the merits or demerits of that war but it happened and in my community in the 60’s to have burned my draft card or dodged the draft would have resulted in my being estranged from my family and ostracized in my community.  Patriotism was very high and many in that era had either served in WW II, Korea or both and when the nation called they would not understand refusing to serve.  I saw action and had friends wounded and knew people who did not make it home.  I realized soon after arriving in country that we were not really there with the commitment on the part of our government to win the war and although that was deeply troubling I continued to do my job as best I could in the interest of staying alive and keeping as many of my fellow warriors alive.  I fought because my country asked me to and my fellow members of the armed services needed me to do my job.  Today’s mindset is completely different on the part of the public regarding serving in the military and our commitment in various conflicts or wars.  Since WWII this nation has not shown the commitment to finish the job and possibly never will and that is a dramatic difference in the second half of the 20th century and is increasing in the 21st century.  We live in a very different world.

             In the 20th century the world either respected or feared America today few respect us and almost no one fears us and that has dramatically increased over the past four years.  I thought after 9/11 that we were going to turn the corner as a nation and have the cohesiveness that would be long-lasting and become the America that I grew up in again but just a few years later we have demonstrated that was not to be.  We have a border that is so porous that almost anyone at any time can enter this nation. It is amazing that we have not experienced more terrorism than we have.  I realize that the two identified in Boston had lived there for years and were influenced by extremist around the world from all reports.  In our 21st century politically correct world one cannot identify the source of terrorism without being labeled as a bigot, racist, or something equally derogatory and hurtful.  It is a changed world and on that front, not for the better.

             It is true that one could live with little fear or apprehension in the early second half of the 20th century that is not the case in 21st century America.  We could learn from the U.K., Israel and other parts of the world that have experienced more terrorist activities than we that the public has to become deeply involved in keeping us safe.  We have to cease being uninformed, unconcerned, and learn how to become observant.  I would prefer to live in a world where I could “mind my own business” and not pay any attention to what other people do but I realize that many in the world are so driven by radical ideology and have such a depraved value of human life that I do not have that luxury.  In Vietnam I observed everything and took nothing for granted.  I’ve worked in various jobs that required me to be vigilant, observant, and attentive at all times and confess that, to some degree, I’ve grown slack in that.  That has to change in me and in each of you.  If we see something that does not look right we have to pay attention, it might mean our lives or the lives of countless others if we fail or allow apathy to prevail.

             I do not want my Constitutional rights, freedoms, and liberties or yours infringed and am not suggesting that the government take them in the name of safety.  What I am suggesting is that we observe and respond accordingly.  We cannot prevent every act of evil that people want to inflict but we can, as citizens, prevent some of them by heightening our state of awareness and hone our skills of observation.  As a hunter I know the importance of being aware of my surroundings and noticing things that are out of the ordinary and change.  For years, it has been second nature for me to walk into a room and take mental note of the people in that room and I notice changes.  My wife and I visited New York City just prior to 9/11 and were in the 2nd Tower just a few days before the attack and it is indelibly imprinted upon our hearts and minds what we saw then and afterward.  As we walked the streets of Manhattan I repositioned my wife several times based on what I observed and she learned not to question me because on one of those occasions the person I moved her away from stole the purse of a woman a few feet behind us.  Today it is not uncommon to hear of drive by shootings, muggings, murders, rapes, and assaults in broad daylight.  We live in a dangerous world that is sinking lower and lower into depravity.

             We MUST individually, take steps to protect ourselves and those around us and whenever necessary alert law enforcement of potential or real danger.  Burying our heads in the sand and saying “it’s none of my business”, in this day, could result in grave harm coming to those we love or those we could help protect.  There is a thin line between infringing upon your rights and protecting mine and I am constantly seeking to find that line.  So I encourage each of you to be prayerful, observant, vigilant, and willing to speak up and speak out when you feel it is necessary and appropriate.

BORDER SECURITY – NOT UNDER OBAMA EVER…..

            As long as Barack Obama is in power and the Democrats have control of the Senate and there are a significant number of RINOs in both houses we will NEVER have Border Security.  They don’t want it, don’t see the need, and have no clue how to fix the problem.  Those in Washington that do are muzzled as often as possible and marginalized by fellow members of Congress and the press to the point that a significant portion of the public considers them nuts or extremist that should be dismissed.  That is a sad state of affairs.

             The report by Representative Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) that was on The Blaze on the 3rd presents a picture of the problem and how our government is aiding and abetting the influx of “illegal aliens” into this nation.  I do not believe it is just through ineptness because I am convinced if they took the muzzle off the Border Patrol and Law Enforcement agents with the Justice Department truly enforcing the Laws we now have we could solve the border problem.  I want to include some pictures that the Congressman posted in what I write.

             He was in Arizona and visited a portion of the border where there was no fence but a stairway with handrails to enable someone to easily scale the hill that led to the river.  The river was shallow enough at that point for a person to walk, not swim or use a boat to cross – just WALK ACROSS and use the nice stairway and handrails.  I wonder if there was a sign that said “WELCOME TO THE USA?”  I guess not, but there might as well have been.  He also reported that the Border Patrol had apprehended Nine (9) Romanians crossing the border.  The USA-Mexican border!  God only knows who else has crossed and what they brought with them up to and including “nukes”and other “weapons of mass destruction”such as “suitcase bombs” and “dirty nukes.”  This is so serious that it should be one of the TOP PRIORITES of every legislator and the President but it is only important to a handful of those holding elected offices in the Nation’s Capital.  I find that alarming and appalling and hope that you do as well.

             The reports are that the “illegal crossings” has doubled since the talk of Amnesty has begun and it seems that Obama and the Democrats do not care and, in fact, seem to like the idea.  The estimate is that there are 11million “illegals” in this country but I would suspect that it is closer to 15 million or more and by the time Obama pushes through his Amnesty plan or uses executive fiat to accomplish his goal there will be upwards of 20 million new Democrat Voters in this country.  I know that some of them are already voting in our elections and would not be surprised if he somehow made it legal for all of them to vote along with those in the graveyards and those who vote multiple times.

             The Department of Justice should be renamed the Department of Injustice or Department of No Justice because they are so selective in what laws they enforce that it is alarming.  They no longer even appear to make any effort to conceal what they are doing because they see a “toothless” congress and a “listless” citizenry and have no fear.  What they are doing and have done is in direct violation of the Constitution and is, in fact, a crime and should receive indictments and prosecution but won’t. 

             I have no problem with someone coming to America LEGALLY and welcome anyone who will come, assimilate into the culture, and learn our language so that they can function efficiently and effectively.  I want them to become familiar with our laws and obey them.  I find it most disturbing when the Head of Russia makes statements, some of which, I can agree with such as his statements with regard to immigrants when he declared:

             On February 4th, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president,addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia:

“In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Shari ‘a Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that’s the state law.  Russia does not need minorities. Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell’ discrimination’.  We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities.  When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first,observing that the minorities are not Russians. The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a standing ovation for five minutes!”

            While I do not agree with all he said I do agree with some of it especially the first couple of sentences.  In America we are in a mode of accommodating everyone and are obsessed with cultural diversity to the point that we are losing American culture.  We have millions in this country who do not know our language, have no desire to learn it, and we are passing laws and putting forth regulations that require businesses, etc. to accommodate them.  NO!  If you want to come here then be committed enough to this nation that you at least learn the language so you can assimilate and be productive.  We have gone overboard on accommodation and political correctness and need to pull our heads out of the sand and WAKE UP!

            Secure the border then let’s talk about what to do about those here “illegally.”  Until the border is secure there should be NO TALK ABOUT any pathway to citizenship.  Enforce our laws and acknowledge that the very fact that they are here ILLEGALLY is a CRIME.  We should not be spending taxpayer dollars on people who are here illegally especially when we have millions of American citizens in economic and medical difficulty. I do not mean to sound heartless and am willing to help anyone who needs help but if you commit a crime why should you be treated as a folk hero and brought to the head of the line and afforded all the rights and privileges of law-abiding people? 

            Contact your elected officials and let them know how you feel regardless of how that is.  Exercise your constitutional right while you still have it.   May God bless you and may God bless America!

IS HOLLYWOOD WARNING OR CONDITIONING US?

            I know that may sound like a strange question but I’m serious.  I have contended for years that if you want to know what is going on in the “spirit realm” watch what comes out of Hollywood.  That, I believe, also applies frequently to the political agenda of the Progressive, Liberal, Left-Wingers in Washington.  I have had people poo-poo me over that statement about Hollywood but I have watched it carefully and believe that if you do over a period of time you will find that I’m right.  I’m not saying that you rely on Hollywood to tell you what is happening in the “spirit realm” or the “political realm” but it can serve as a confirmation or be an indicator of something that you might want to begin watching.  Of course, I need to give you an example of what I’m talking about.

            I have been enthralled over the past few months at movies that are coming out or have come out that involve an overthrow of the United States of America either by outside or inside forces.  Movies such as:  Red Dawn 11/21/12, Olympus Has Fallen – 03/22/13, G.I. Joe Retaliation – 03-27-13, White House Down – 06/28/13 and other movies such as After Earth – 06-07-13, and Red2 – 07-09-13 all involve some kind of conspiracy.  I really don’t think Hollywood is trying to sound the alarm but are trying to condition us so that we will either consider that possibility a mere fantasy or make it appear so impossible to resist that we just accept it when it happens.  My Patriotic and Christian antennas go up when I see things like this and then I look at what is happening in the world and government and realize that this is probably not an intentional prophetic warning by Hollywood but it something that is being developed behind the scenes. 

            I have long considered Hollywood as an arm of the devil’s propaganda machine and a very effective one.  We have come to the point in history where movie stars believe that they are or should be the spokesmen/women for the leftist agenda and that somehow their fame affords them a higher place on the intelligence scale than the rest of us.  The main stream media plays along as do the left-wing politicians and even some of the Republicans who are truly (Republican in name only).  We see movies that fan the flames of hatred and bitterness along racial lines in Django Unchained that came out Christmas Day last year.  We see massive ammunition purchases by various governmental agencies, some which have zero need for ammunition or firearms, and the Department of Homeland Security has declared that they are buying in such large quantities to reduce the price.  I have to ask, “When did government ever care about reducing the price?”  They are spend-freaks and money has never been an object when politicians and governmental agencies want something.  They see it, they want it, they buy it and all on our nickel.

             Those of us who have been watching realize that the left has been putting together their “Fundamental Transformation of America” for almost 100 years and it was not until Obama articulated that in his campaign and acceptance speech after his first election that some took notice.  The Fabian Socialists have been working with various and sundry other groups for decades to bring about the downfall of Capitalism and a Constitutional America with Liberty and Freedom.  They and people like George Soros, Bill Ayers, Saul Alynsky, and Barack Obama have made statements and committed acts that indicate that they do not like this country, its system of government or economic system, and want to turn it into a state in the International Nation of a One World Government. 

            At this point I’m not sure that Obama and his handlers want to use armed force to enslave us but would prefer to slowly and systematically strip us of our rights and freedoms to the point that we have no means of resistance.  They are expanding the “welfare rolls” and making more and more people dependent upon the government for their existence.  The percentage of people living in poverty is the same as it was in the 60’s and we are supposedly in a grand recovery economically.  We have more people on food stamps than ever, more people on disability than ever both numerically and statistically.  They are pressing forward with the Amnesty Plan to insure that another few million are locked into the Democrat voting block and insuring that we will move from a two-party system to a ONE PARTY SYSTEM and elections will be a foregone conclusion.  At that point, if it happens, they will have the legislative clout to strip us of all our Constitutional Rights and, I believe, will make the move to DISARM PRIVATE CITIZENS for the final takeover.  It will be at that point that difficult decisions will have to be made by many who are now on the fence about what to do and where to place their trust.  I have made my decision and know that our Founding Fathers saw this kind of danger and warned us of it and believe I know what their reaction would be to this type of Tyrannical assault from within.

            If we are attacked from the outside it would tend to solidify and unify the nation and I do not believe that is something that Obama and his handlers want so I believe that the powers that be will seek to avoid that.  I do believe that they want to systematically take total control from within and the day is coming, and I believe soon, when each of us will have to “count the cost” of Liberty and find ourselves in the same place Patrick Henry found himself and echo his impassioned plea “Give me liberty or give me death.”  I pray that we are able to turn the tide before that day comes but I have prepared my heart before God for such a day and am at peace as to the decision I will be called upon to make. 

             I love this nation.  I love my God more but I love America and have fought under her banner in combat and will stand for Liberty and Freedom again if called upon to do so.  I will continue my tireless endeavor to get the ear of politicians and continue to pray to the Almighty that He move on the hearts of men and women to turn back to right paths and allow America to be spared and restored to her former glory for the good of God’s Kingdom and mankind across the globe.  Yet, I realize that judgment may fall on this nation and if it does we all will be affected.  I do, however, believe that God will protect and defend those who follow Him with a whole heart no matter what transpires.  He will either give us a “Petra-like place for refuge” as He did Israel or a “Cave of Adullam” as with David and his men or He will take us home to glory.  Some of us may literally become martyrs for the cause of Freedom and if that happens, it happens. 

            My cry is “WAKE UP AMERICA” perilous times are afoot and if we remain idle the price for us and our children will be great.  It is time that we return to right paths and stand firm for Constitutional Liberty.

WHEN DID ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ BECOME INCONSEQUENTIAL?

            It has become painfully clear for local to national levels up to and including the President, Congress, and the Supreme Court that “We the People” are inconsequential.  They do not value our opinions or wishes and it appears that they consider us of lesser intelligence and ability to make life choices than they are.  They appear to believe that the Constitution gives them ALL POWER and the Founding Fathers desired a government not “Of the people, by the people, and for the people” but one “Of the ruling class, by the ruling class, and for the ruling class.”  If it were possible for men like Jefferson, Adams, Washington, and Franklin, to name a few, to step back on the scene today in America I wonder how vociferous they would be in their challenge of what is happening today in our nation?  I think I know but without that actually happening its mere speculation on my part based on the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and their writings.

             When Justices like Anthony Kennedy want to take the easy way out and dismiss a case that the Court agreed to hear which would effectively overturn what the people of California voted for I have to question whether they truly understand and believe in the Constitution.  Since Proposition Eight has been overturned by the 9th Circuit Court in violation of the WILL OF THE PEOPLE if the Supreme Court follows Kennedy’s desire and dismisses the case the ruling of the 9th Circuit Court will stand and the voters of California will have been told to “fly a kite” because they are inconsequential.  This is in a state that voted for Obama with a 61% majority and 70% of the blacks in that state affirmed marriage as being between a man and a woman.  Hispanics also in a majority voted the same way.  The state with an overall majority of 53% voted that way but yet the courts said “No, sorry but you don’t matter.”  Actually they didn’t say “sorry” just “you don’t matter” by their actions.

             When the President of the United States Barack Obama who has declared that he is not a dictator takes actions and threatens like one, I have to wonder if the Constitution is of any value to anyone in Washington today.  He has declared that even if the States have exercised their Tenth Amendment Rights to nullify Obamacare he will send in Federal Agents to ENFORCE THE LAW.  He will send in agents from the Department of Health and Human Services to assume ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE CONTROL of the State’s Health Insurance Industry.  Sounds like a dictator to me but then I’m just one of the “inconsequential” and do not matter.

             When the President ignores the Constitution and Law regarding presenting a budget and doing so within the time frame required and Congress does nothing but give a few objections, I have to wonder if anyone in Washington sees WE THE PEOPLE as having any importance or power.  I believe that the indications are that they do not and consider us “inconsequential.”   

             When the President engages in “fear mongering” regarding the Sequester and demonstrates a desire to make everyone feel the pain because the idea that came from him became reality and Congress doesn’t act to force him to take reasonable actions, I have to wonder does anyone in Washington care about “We the People.”  When in the face of dire economic times here in America, this President can take three or four lavish vacations in the first three months of this year and via Sequester force furloughs of employees while going to the Middle East and committing millions to nations that truly do not like us and participate in terrorism or harbor terrorist, I have to wonder if the Constitution has any power anymore.

             The Constitution DOES HAVE POWER but only if WE THE PEOPLE force, its enforcement, by sending elected officials to the unemployment lines in future elections.  If WE THE PEOPLE fail, to take whatever legal action available to us as individual states and groups of people it will remain ignored and powerless.  This is a sad indictment upon our current state morally, spiritually, socially, and politically when what was so valiantly fought for and the diligence put into presenting a document or documents that would ensure the preservation of a Free Nation is allowed to be tarnished and trampled upon.  I do not know what the full answer is or the ultimate action that will have to be taken but WE CANNOT ALLOW our liberties and Constitutional rights to continue to be stripped from us.  It is time that we “Awaken out of Sleep” and “Stand up, and Stand tall” for our Constitution and our Rights!  It is time that we send a message to the President, Congress, and the Court that we WILL NOT CONTINUE TO BE REGARDED AS INCONSEQUENTIAL.
